When I walked in the dealer ship I was greeted by David M., he was very professional and helped try to find me the car that best suited me! He knew what... he was talking about and was super helpful. He understood what I wanted and showed a variety of cars that fitted the standards of what I wanted to drive! Definitely will be coming back.
Service Tech Bryan Stevens was great, professional, and felt comfortable and at ease when I took my car up there for repairs. It’s was quick and easy.

Have been trying to buy a car from them for a few weeks now. I have found a few deals or what it says online but then dont have the same price or talk... to one person its one price and someone else says something different. Another dealership warned me but wanted to try as the price was pretty good but I guess they drop the price and customer service. Have asked a few times to speak to a manager... never have, and it took them over two hours to get back to me on a car to see if they had it... probably saw it was too good to be true and changed the price.

If there was an option to give zero stars, that would be perfect. Lets start with how horrible my experience was with the dealership in Irving, Texas.... I have purchased over 25 cars and have dealt with many different dealerships throughout the country. By far, this was my worst experience to date. I got with a sales guy named Brandon, and was interested in a Z06 they had available. Immediately, as many rookie salespeople do, he started promising me things to which he didn't have the authority to promise. As in deliver the car on a Sunday when the dealership isn't even open. That was the first flag. I get the numbers worked out and get my credit app done. Of course i knew i was going to get financed. My credit is rarely a problem. The transaction that took place to get my car delivered was horrible and a waste of time. Instead of driving to my house to deliver the car like they promised, he wanted to meet halfway. which turned out to be a disaster and the sales guy backing out because he thought i was committing fraud. Obviously when someone mentions fraud to me and thinks that of me, i do not want to work with them. So the guy decided to take the car back and they did not want to return the $1400 downpayment they had already charged my card. It was only until i had a family member who lives in dallas go to their dealership and have the cops called to the premises, they decided to deliver the car or return the payment asap. This was after getting no responses from the sales guy, finance manager and other managers telling me of committing fraud and trying to bluff to look powerful. This was only the first part of what went down. So i sign paperwork April 3 and guy takes my Mercedes from Houston to Dallas. The guy delivering the car to me was a different sales guy because the last one was too much a coward to fix his problem that he started. Of course they did not bring me copies of the paperwork during signing and promised they would mail it to me. Luckily i took pictures of the agreement. Fast forward to two weeks later on April 17th, i get a call from the dealership saying they cant take my trade in and they are ten minutes from my house to pick up the corvette i purchased. They started bluffing again and saying its illegal to keep their car and they will report it stolen etc. Legally they couldn't do anything but they had to try and scare me out of a deal they didn't want to upkeep. I decided to not have any headaches or them screw with my credit and just gave them the car back. I have many dealer friends who i have let know about how this dealership works. It was my mistake to work with them and i should've checked their ratings before making my move with such an embarrassing situation.

I was crunch for time and I asked if they can have my old changed in less then an hour. Michael Colvin the service Advisor promised he can make happen... in 45 minuets Great Job Mike Jackie The young lady working at the cashier desk is also awesome as always professional and helpful.

My 9 year old truck had a repair issue such that it was more feasible to buy a new truck vs repair. Joe Demain worked with me to locate a 2018 truck that... I really liked and made a great deal and treated me fairly on the trade-in. Joe was professional in every sense and the rest of the staff likewise did a great job. I have no problem recommending Joe and the Clay Cooley staff.
