Bought my son a 2012 Ford Focus in 2017. Did not know until now, that the car style and year under a lawsuit. We have taken that care in for repairs 7... times! They said they could get us out, not tru
Many thanks to TJ and Mack for working with me when my daughter and I bought her car. They made us very comfortable with the entire process.
Worst experience ever! My car had an asc service required light come on so I took it to triad Mitsubishi to diagnose the problem. They told me it was my... transmission and said it was going to cost a grand total of 15,000 to fix!! I denied service because I know it’s not the transmission. Took the car to a transmission specialist and they cannot find a single thing wrong with the car. Lights are off now with no codes displaying. How can you feel good about yourself lying to customers to get your facility a big fat check? I am appalled that they would attempt to get me to pay 15,000 for NOTHING!
Sent inquiry by email. Got quick reply and follow up to all questions. Even though I didn’t buy the curtesy shown I will keep them in mind.
Thanks to Gary Thompson, Franklin & TJ Ruff for working with me & getting me a great deal on a vehicle I wanted, a trade in that I found acceptable & financing... that I could be pleased with. Pleased with every aspect & won’t hesitate to go back & recommend to others!
Traded my 2010 Nissan in on a 2016 Nissan saleswoman was on point and walked me in out with no issues. Kept my tires from my 2010 but the service department... made the exchange but over inflated my tires. Overall I am satisfied but I wouldn't trust being my car in for service on the tire incident alone.
I have never had a better experience buying a car. The last four cars I have purchased were from the same dealership. I decided to try something new and... I was not disappointed. Despite less than perfect credit and quite a bit of negative equity, TJ, the sales person, and Greg, the General Manager, worked diligently to find us the right vehicle to fit our budget. We drove away in a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander and we did so with smiles on our faces. They did everything they were able to do to earn our business. I will never buy another new Mitsubishi or used car from anywhere else. If there were any drawbacks, it would be that I didn't really get to be shown all of the great features the car has. I would have loved a more thorough walkaround. To be fair, though, we were somewhat limited by time and we had our two kids with us, so TJ had to do two separate test drives because it's such a pain getting the car seat out. Speaking of children, I would not recommend bringing young children with you; which is a pretty big annoyance when shopping for a family vehicle like the third-row Outlander. They had a lobby, but it amounted to some old magazines, vehicle brochures, and a Roku with a sticky remote which was unresponsive. The "toys" were just some blocks. Most of all, they did not have a door, so I didn't feel safe leaving my 2 year old in there and holding a 2 year old while trying to do a car deal is... not... fun. So I give them 4 stars because of their outstanding service and dedication to earning our business. When I buy my next care from them, hopefully they will have considered ways to improve the family experience.
I was scheduled to have a timing belt and water pump installed on September 15 and to pick the car up at 5:00 pm. I ask if the timing belt was a kit,... and the Manage stated that each piece was separately ordered. She named each part which included the belt tensioners and water pump. I was called at 3:00 pm and told that the job would not be completed until Monday because my belt tensioner had collapsed and a new one had to be purchased from Raleigh. I stated that this part was to be replaced initially. The Manager stated that this part did not come in. My question is why the job was undertaken when the parts were not all available. My second complaint is that I had ask the Dealership to order a sunvisor clip. The cost for the clip was $4.10 but I noticed on the bill that $49.70 was charged for installing the clip ( I only ask for the clip to be ordered and had not requested that it be installed). The installation simply involves inserting it into the provided slot. I had removed the broken one myself. The Manager stated that Mitsubishi required the labor charge and made no effort to correct their mistake.
Wanted to see photos of a car they had listed without any. Basically got the runaround and never saw the pics. Pretty much told me everything I needed... to know about them but I did also see their bad BBB rating. That sealed it.
This has to be the best experience I have ever had buying a car everyone was so helpful and kind. Chris prichette was an amazing salesman he was quick... responding back and getting me in my brand new car.
