    We bought a vehicle from munsterman and had a great experience. Since then it has gone down hill. We had them put new headlights in and they charged... us and we left and only one light was working. We did provide the headlights and they did make it right but they knew only one headlight wasd working properly and didn't say anything. I took another vehicle in for body work and repairs from hitting a deer. We picked it up and drove it home and it started smoking. Turns out the radiator had a crack in it so it was antifreeze all over the engine. I called and they told us to just drive it back. I was like it's spraying antifreeze all over and is going to overheat, I was told it was fine. We took it back and they said they'd be in touch. I got a call the next monday saying they could replace it with another used radiator for free or I could pay $100 to have a new one put in. They had it ready a couple days later and I paid and had the vehicle pulled around. While I was finishing up paperwork an employee pulled up and parked behind me making it difficult to get out. I put the car in reverse and it started to back up then went forward onto the retaining wall slightly. I thought it was something I had done and just put it in park to look thinking the vehicle was stuck on the wall. I told the worker i couldn't get the car to back up and she got the mechanic to help. He tried backing it up and I could hear the engine revving ....but it wasn't moving. He got a jack and tried to jack the car up then back it up while still on the jack. It backed up a couple inches but the engine was still revving. We got away from the retaining blocks and the internet came out saying that he just had that wall repaired and he needed my insurance information! I was so confused it was crazy. He then said he had my info and I pulled away. I tried to pull into the highway in front of the business and again my engine revved and then I moved forward at 5-10 mph. I pulled in the parking lot across the street and called munsterman and they didn't answer so I called the mechanic directly i let him know that the vehicle wasn't shifting properly and he said pull back over. Munsterman entrance is on a huge hill and it took a couple minutes for my vehicle to climb the hill and then I had to drive around the building. The mechanic and his helper put transmission fluid in and said it should be fine. I drive it for a few days and noticed it was shifting hard and so I had my oil changed (somewhere else) and they found metal shavings in the transmission fluid and had to add maybe 6 qts of fluid again! I have the paperwork showing what was added.. so now I have a vehicle that they have caused problems with and they have filed a claim with my insurance. Absolutely ridiculous.

    They are the worse dealership in the state of Blue Springs MO don't trust nothing they say they are Christian base lot that doesn't fix anything on the... vehicle they sale also don't talk with Dalton that Mike's water and soon to be son in law please look at there review from other people who have dealt with them you would run away fast

    I brought my car in to MAG Service that needed a list of repairs. I had gotten quotes from 5 other repair shops. The technician at Munsterman Auto explained... the repairs from the previous quotes I had gotten. Most of them where things that I didn't need and I had been taken advantage of for my lack of car knowledge. Munsterman Auto was not only MUCH less expensive on the repairs that needed to be done, they also only fixed what was broken, saving me over 60% on even the lowest quote I was given. They are such a blessing and helped me save so much money right before the holidays. They have earned my business for absolutely every car related purchases moving forward! They truely do treat people like family.

    Bought a vehicle had to replace the inner and outer tie rods before i could go home.. told me should have brought it in they could fix it at cost. why... would i pay someone to fix it when i can do it myself.. told them the other repairs vehicle needed told me to bring it in they would fix at cost.. Again wanted a different vehicle this one is a piece of junk. told me when i got it tagged come talk to them.. tried to talk online to see what we could get worked out still no answer stay away from this place

    Michael and his staff were exceptional at taking care of my family and me. We found the right car for our needs at the right price. His service department... is also terrific. We have had several of our cars serviced by Ernie and his repair team. They did top quality work at a fraction of the cost of your typical dealer. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

    I bought a vehicle from this dealership in December of 2017, and wanted to share that I had the best experience possible at a dealership. The entire staff... is fun to work with, and they really do everything they can to get you into a vehicle. I did not get a call days or weeks later, advising me that financing fell through or that they wanted more money toward my down payment. The deal we made that day, was the deal that happened and still is; All I had to do was keep up my end of the bargain. So far, I have been enjoying a trouble-free truck, and any post communication with the staff has been excellent. They have excellent customer service skills, they are transparent as they possibly can be about the vehicles and loan terms, and they have a streamlined system that gets all your paperwork done in 1/3 the time it takes at most other dealerships. They even took my rental from Enterprise off my hands, and had the vehicle I called about ready for test-driving when I arrived. The truck I wanted was very hard to find, and it was meant to be. Thanks!

    After speaking with Mike about the vehicle i was looking at, and repairs that had been made, I felt that I was getting an honest deal, and not the run... around that I had gotten from so many other dealers. Mike picked me up at the airport, and the rest of the purchasing process was a breeze. I would highly recommend anyone to go get a car from him, and will definitely do so for my family in the future.
