Well it started out great signed some papers on a Saturday and took 2011 mustang home came back on Monday to sign loan papers and they started jacking... crap around and they ended up having to take me back to Hastings with out car thought it was a bunch of bs

I have been doing business here (under 4 different owners) and each time it changes hands quality is improved. Josh Richardson is my go-to guy and I will... always recommend him as he is very detail oriented and knowledgeable about his job and the products (vehicles) he deals with. We have purchased 2 new and one pre-owned vehicles through him and have never been dissatisfied. The dealership is very clean and well maintained with a very pleasant atmosphere. We will continue to use and refer the dealership and Josh to anyone asking about purchase or repairs on a vehicle.
Overall, Great experience! We will definitely look at Gregg Young when we need to purchase another vehicle. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Justin... (the guy we did the paper work with) was very professional and pleasant to work with and the salesman, Mark was very informative and made sure we had all questions answered and was very professional.
Wednesday me and my wife drove 4 hours after work to pick up a vehicle that we had agreed to buy only to find out that there was no Finance person available..... regardless we were still able to take the vehicle home but I was late the next day because it wouldn't start so I contacted them and they sent me up a minivan even though I was supposed to take my kids camping.... I did not see our pick up again until Saturday afternoon Sunday morning I went to go drive it and it messed up again so me and my wife drove another 4 hours to get our trade in back.
Josh is a great salesman and was awesome at finding exactly what would work best for my 5 kids and I. Plus amaxing gas mileage and my favorite part is... its safe!! I love my new Journey!

Everytime I have used Gregg Young the staff has been very friendly. They complete the work in the time. Their estimated time of the work being completed... is pretty accurate. They have a great faucility for to wait at while your work is being done or will shuttle you to where you want to go until they are done working on your vehicle. They will explain things and answer your questions or find the answers.
I really recommend this dealer to everyone. DeVante Robertson helped me with the process of buying the car that met my expectations. He was so patient... explaining and getting us through the whole process of picking and buying our new jeep. And we were also helped by the nice lady insurance agent. She helped us to get a great deal for insurance , way , way cheaper that what we had with All state. so for all of that, thanks to all the Staff from Gregg Young!!!

Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and recall fix. Received 4 email reminders within the 2 days between scheduling and actual appointment. Left... the vehicle for approximately 3-4 hours and all that was done was the recall fix. They "forgot" to do the rest and everyone had already finished up for the day and weekend. Was told to come back the next week and we would be moved to the front of the line. Only got the oil changed. Prior to going down today for the service, got another email stating we had "missed" our appointment last Friday. We did not. Evidently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. AND I got,the email AFTER I had unsubscribed to the email messages. Since Greg Young has taken over, all the good guys are gone. So sad.
