They helped me out so much with not only dropping the price with my 2014 dart, the dealer that had sold me the car literally hung out with me from 11 am... to about 7 pm when everything finally went through. They are very nice and trustworthy.

Service is a bunch of crooks they try to dip your head off and take advantage of people unfortunately and charge 100 $ FOR A OIL CHANGE WHEN THEY SAY... 60$ AND THE REASON WHEN YOU SAY WHY ISN'T IT WHAT WE DISCUSSED THERE RESPONSE IS WE PAY MORE FOR OIL THAN OTHERS WHAT A JOKE
Your dealership let me down! Specifically the service department. I have been a loyal customer for 13 years. My last 3 vehicles were purchased from Lessord,... now Peake. I brought my truck in 2 weeks ago for an electrical problem, bad TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module). You were unable to repair it. You used the wrong MOPAR part number, could not find a replacement, and then charged me $74.00 for a diagnostic check. I picked up my broken truck from your dealership, removed the TIPM, got the correct part number from the bar code sticker, ordered a TIPM, and reinstalled it myself. My truck is now functioning perfect. Not sure if I will use your service department again, or do business with you again. This was an easy fix, but you failed.
I went to Peake Dodge Ram dealership because a friend recommended it and she bought her new jeep from there. This is where I Sean R. - he was very helpful... in directing me to the Honda I was interested in and was very informative about all the vehicles I asked about. Sean gave me a ton of information. I want to say that this dealership has many wonderful photos online. They are close up. detailed, clear and accurate. I love the 360 walkaround photos Sean does. Peake has MANY vehicle choices right there on-sight. I will be back.
I have to say this was the easiest buy of a vehicle I have ever had. We showed up on a Saturday shortly after 4 and they were closing at 4. We dealt with... Chris as our salesman and then Thad the owner as well. They helped us in everyway possible and were every accommodating to us and our son who was with us. We did not leave their facility until almost 9 pm and they all stayed and helped to be sure we got everything done so that we could leave that night with our vehicle. Thank You so Much I love my new vehicle.

Peake Dealerships was the most professional dealership I’ve ever bought a vehicle from. I was welcomed with open arms and took seriously despite my age.... Sales associate Dawn Carr took me on a tour around the entire dealership, introduced me to staff, and was very knowledgeable about the product being sold. I made my decision to purchase my new Ram 2500 from Peake. As the process went on I met the owner himself and multiple others, who treated me like I’ve been a customer for years. Business manager Shawn Dauber worked very hard to get me the absolute lowest rate possible. He was very friendly and professional as well despite my age where other dealerships have not taken me seriously. I am very pleased with the dealership and staff that helped me purchase my new Ram 2500. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
