JJ and Terry are very knowledgeable about the needs of my vehicle. Every time I come into the service department , I am treated with respect and greeted... with a smile. These two gentleman are a pleasure to talk and listen to. The last time I came in, it was an emergency situation with my truck. JJ was "Johnny on the spot" . I was in and out in a very reasonable timeframe. For that, I thank you. Kudos to the service department and the team.
I was in need of a car. I had several different experiences with Yaklin in the service department with JJ and also Terry. They were both super people.... This time I needed to purchase a car. Quinton Ratliff was the sales person who met us as we drove up to the dealership . He was very nice and polite and knowledgeable about the cars and what he had to show us. We were pleased with the car and signed all the papers and I drove home the same day in my new, used car. Thank you Quinton for making things so easy for me.

Terry M. is an outstanding customer service representative, fast friendly and always keeps me informed on my vehicle. I wish every business had his clone... for an employee. I have done business with this dealership since 1998 and would not take my vehicle anywhere else but Yaklin Dodge because of Terry M., he is a true friendly professional. Thanks Terry.
Never will I go here! They made me believe I had purchased my new vehicle. I left with it the same day and signed all the paperwork the following day but... when I asked for a copy of the paperwork they refuse to give it to me! I took the down payment there yesterday like we agreed and they refused to take it because it was under my husbands name. Then they told me that the banks statements I had given them were suddenly not good enough to prove my income anymore! I had called a family member who’s in the car sale business also and he told me it shouldn’t matter where the down payment came from as long as I took the down payment and that if I signed a contract and they made me believe that I bought a car and let me drive away with it they cant change their story about if I am approved or not weeks later! They didnt even apologize! They made me call my husband to come and get me because they were keeping my car! So I don’t recommend Yaklin they screwed me over big time!
Everything is always very good at the service dept. Terry handles everything very fast and it is always done right..
My family and I drove to Seguin from Carthage TX. (6 hour drive) in my Dad's new Ram 1500 with the 3.6 V6 engine. It used not even half a tank of gas averaging... 28 miles to the gallon. I kept saying, "I need to get me one of these". We were on holiday, My dad worked at the Hydro-electric plant where we wanted to visit, Our hotel was just around the corner, so every time we drove by My dad would say, "You need to pull in, looks like they are having a big sale!". So the third time we pulled in and Gannon was their to greet us and showed us the pre-owned trucks. The red one that had a few miles on it had the 3.6 V6 and he made it work for me. Thank you Yaklin Motors for financing me for my new red truck.
I got my Ram 3500 repaired here. The service was great.
