Rockland Toyota was a great experience when buying my car. Everyone was outstanding and pleasant. I have told my friends and family how good Rockland Toyota is! Reggie Young who was my sales person was great. He never hassled me and let me take my time when I bought my car. Reggie was there every step of the way until I left the dealership.

OUSTANDING CUSTOMER AND PEOPLE SKILLS TO BE FRANK I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY ANY OTHER VEHICLES AT ROCKLAND TOYOTA DUE TO AN INCEDENT THAT TOOK PLACE 2 YEARS AGO BUT ROYCE WAS SO GOOD AT WHAT HE DID I HAVE PURCHASED TWO MORE CARS WITH HIM AND PLAN ON BUYING ALL OF MY CARS AS LONG AS HE IS THERE.

This was my first time ever walking into a dealership, or even considering getting a new car, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Before even making my decision, I had emailed several dealers asking for information, and Royce was the only one who took the time to email me all the information I requested-and more. I decided to go into the dealership just to look at the car, and after talking with Royce, I knew I was going to take out a Scion. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just so nice!! I never felt pressured, and he just lead the way for me to take out the Scion I really really loved. I wanted it the next day.. and without any problems.. he made it happen. It was a quick and easy process, and I dont think the experience could have been any better... it was perfect. Thanks Royce.. and I'm luvin my Sizzling Crimson tC :)

I thought Royce was the best salesman I have ever dealt with, he was friendly, yet business like.. He answer all my questions and gave me a monthly payment I could deal with..I would and have told everyone about this dealership and the salesman-Royce..It was a joy to go car shopping with him.

ALL of the staff at toyota are very professional and REALLY do help with sales, service, and financing...I had bad credit and with the scion sales representative, R. Ramos advice and expertise, I was able to build up my credit score and purchase a 2006 Scion and a 2010 toyota. Everytime I would call about fixing my credit rating, Mr. Ramos was always available, and he was busy at the moment with other customers, he would return my call within the hour. Secondly, the service personal, namely Dennis, kept me well-informed of my cars when they would need service in the near future. The cost of services were very reasonable. I never felt, or had to spend, large amounts of monies to have either car serviced. In addition, I never had to spend monies for services that my cars didn't need. Third, the Parts personal and the Cafeteria-style personal were also professional and courteous. Lastly, I would like to say that the times I have visited blauvelt toyota, I have never witnessed, nor experienced, any discrimination or felt as if I wasn't a valued customer.... Royce was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and the financing vs. leasing terms. We had a great experience and loved the car (2010 Corolla S). And he was very nice and even got us a snack while we were there for a test drive and preparing paperwork for us to pick up the car. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Royce to someone in the market for a car.

Royce Ramos from Rockland Toyota was great. He was very helpful and respectful of our time and needs. We leased a brand new Toyota Rav 4, and we are loving it. They gave us a good deal, and worked with us to return the CRV that we leased. We would definitely come back and recommend the dealership and Royce.

Royce Ramos is a great car salesman. I came from Houston and was working while my uncle in New York agreed to co-sign with me in buying my first car. All my paper work was done through fax, email's and I even had to take a picture of my pay stub just for everything to be complete when I arrive in New York for the weekend. When I arrived in the dealership, they had all my paper work reviewed that all we did was sign the papers and I had the car by noon. He even helped me out in looking for a transport service to deliver the car to Houston. He even took the time to show me all the features of the car and how to take care of it. All in all I had fun and a great experience in buying my first car.

Royce was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about the Scion XD. He helped make the process of leasing easy and straight forward. He had the vehicle ready for me when I needed it with all the specifications I requested. Royce reviewed all the buttons and knobs inside the vehicle before I drove off, happy and content with my new vehicle.

I have purchased two vehicles from Rockland Toyota, and the second was purchased from Royce Ramos. Royce was the best salesman I've ever dealt with at any dealership. He took the time to listen to what I wanted in the car, and although he didn't have the car in stock, he did not try to switch me over to what he had. he went and found the vehicle and had it delivered to the dealership in two days. There was no double talk, no high pressure tactics, and all in all a very pleasurable experience. The next person I've dealt with at Rockland Toyota was in the parts department. His name is Andy (I'm sorry, I can't remember his last name). Andy listened patiently to my questions, and since he has the same car, was able to give me an informed, well thought out plan for adding Toyota accessories to my car. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Rockland Toyota as a dealership, and would very highly recommend both Royce and Andy as top quality representatives of who the right people are to make a car buying experience pleasurable
