The service department here is an example of the reason people avoid taking their car to the "stealership". I had a leak in my 2012 Nissan Rogue's... external transmission cooler (a common problem according to Google) that caused the fluid level to get low. I took the car in and was quoted $1,312.45 as a "starting point" to see if it would fix the leaking problem. They told me it was 2-3 days for them to get the part and another day to install from there. Not being made of money, I found that the typical cost of this replacement is $468 with Genuine Nissan parts. I also found a non-OEM version of the part on amazon with 1-day free prime shipping for $83.57. It requires 3 bolts, 2 hose clips to install the part. Needless to say, something is out of wack here. In the end, I ended up paying a $125 "inspection fee" and went another full day without a car. The experience was frustrating, costly, and pointless. We normally buy 2 year old cars and keep them for 5 years. When we go to replace this car next year, it won't be with Nissan of Streetsboro.
Called about a vehicle received a reply once. Emailed a few more times no response. Went there in person was told a different price (4,000$) increase.... Then I asked for a better price they said vehicle was sold. Went back a week later vehicle was still there. Scammers I won’t deal with them ever again. Save money and time and deal with anyone else besides them.
Dan made the sales process so seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience anywhere else. Not only was he able to provide us pictures... and video of the vehicle before we even came out to see it, he made sure that once we did arrive there was no hoops to jump thru, and all the paperwork was ready and waiting. we were in and out within the hour. HIGHLY recommend Dan and his staff.
