Great dealership to work with!

I had no idea what kind of car I wanted! Jesse was super patient and helped me find the perfect car! I used their financing and was super shocked how low the rate was.

Pretty Cool

These guys were super helpful. Their knowledge of their inventory surprised me. They have an AMAZING selection of cars I'd refer them to anyone looking for something truly special.

Don't waste your time

Was an Out of state buyer. Tried to work a deal on a truck they've had for 3 months. Got everything ready to make the 6 hour trip to them and couldn't get any response from the dealer or salesmen. Wouldn't waste my time, there's plenty of car dealerships out there actually interested in selling you something

Unprofessional salesman

Salesman was very unprofessional, wouldn't wanna listen to us and did not wanna sell us the car. I wish we would've dealt with someone else there since I wanted the car I drove there for so bad

Wow what a disappointment

Very nice store front. Called 3 times prior to arrival letting them know I was coming to look at 2 specific cars. Once arrived first higher end car had duct tape on window and tire Tpms sensors was removed and of course light on dash lit up. 2nd car well it was dead and couldn't figure out how to even het in it. I drove approx 3 hrs to look at these units with nothing but disappointment. All the salesman said is were wholesale. The manager stayed we are wholesale nothing further more so I hate to see who they are wholesale is. These were audi and bmw. Shop at own risk. Knowing I called 3 times and still never at least checked cars if even started. Good luck.

Sales

Orlando loewenthal and Eric shaper were both working very hard to please me. I felt like I mattered!!! But when buying a used vehicle you just dont know what your getting so I purchased the extended warranty for security. I would highly certainly tell people to check out Cincinnati Auto Group.

Great dealership!

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle through this dealership! Excellent customer service!! As an out of state buyer-they were so helpful over the phone and via email! Scott Landers was always available, even helped me on his day off! Tyler also helped me over the phone and worked with my bank to make the process go very smoothly. All in all, the sale couldn't have gone better and I am so glad I found Cincinnati Automotive Group! Great prices, great services, and great experience!!
