    Found the perfect car for my wife on cars.com and it was at World Car Mazda in New Braunfels TX. We called and told them when we were going to come by... and look at it. They said that was perfect. We went up there, waited for an hour and then were told it was in the shop. We waited, because they said we would still be able to look at it and drive it, we waited for about another hour and then they told us we would have to come back in a couple of days. So, we came back. We waited again for about 2 hours before we could test drive it. We ended up buying the car because it was exactly what we have been looking for, but we will never go back there again. Nor will we recommend anyone going there for a car. The facilities are terrible, customer service is terrible and the whole experience with this dealership was the worst I have ever had.

    From your website I located a 2016 Hyundai Equus that had 220 miles on it. I called the dealership of World Car Mazda on Friday July 9, 2017 during the... morning hours and asked a female consultant at the dealership if the vehicle was still available. The consultant said that she would physically checked to see if the vehicle was still on the dealer lot and would call me back. I never received a call back from her. Later I received a call from the Internet consultant whose name is Rudy which I asked him about the availability of the 2016 Equus which he said that he would check and call me back but I did not get that call until the next day of nearly 24 hours later which Rudy told me that the vehicle had been sold.
