Phil is AMAZING… he made my experience extremely pleasant

Phil is AMAZING… he made my experience extremely pleasant and stress free. This guy was so patient, detailed and answered “ALL” questions with a smile…No pressure, he wasn't aggressive nor overbearing. He took the time to work numbers “to make it make sense”. Phil genuinely cared that i made the best decision. Phil went above and beyond. His level of Cust Service said a lot about his character. Thank you for making my experience AWESOME ….The $4k rebate that you found just by doing your due diligence was Icing on the cake. I was so Busy sharing my experience with my coworkers I forgot to show off my new car…lol.

Keisha Williams(KeKe)the receptionist was the biggest help to me. She saw through my frustration and saw a person on the other end of the phone. And helped me when no one else would. She is amazing at her job!!!!! Goes above and beyond her job. She'll never know just how grateful I am. She's the heart of that dealership!!!!!

Consumer beware!

Consumer beware! It was a bait and switch. We drove 3 hours, had an appointment. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE. SCAMMERS! Tried to sell us something older and with more milage. Dealer, who scheduled appointment, was off.

I visited there yesterday aug 12th.

I visited there yesterday aug 12th. This was my third visit and by far the worse. Arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment(10:30 was appointed time) it was for a sync update on radio. (About 1hr job) I never left there until 1:45. Very poor communication and very poor customer service. Only one person there tried to accommodate me. Forgot to get his name was not my service advisor. Will not be going back. Also tried buying a car from them very bad service they dealt with me for 2 weeks and then just quit answering me now I have purchased well over 15 vehicles in 12 years so not new at it. Needless to say as soon as i can get out of my current ford I’ll be done. Ford shame on you and shame on this dealership I will be servicing my vehicle elsewhere. Ford do better.

I use to stand strong for JC Lewis Ford in Hinesville, Id

I use to stand strong for JC Lewis Ford in Hinesville, Id drive 75 miles just to do my business with them , buying and trading 6 cars from them. Last November I wanted to trade my truck and I went to them because I trusted them. They immediately gave me an offer on my truck at 2000 above the payoff on it, Great! I'm thinking I pick out this "Certified Pre-owned vehicle and after a day of paper work Im on my way with what I though was a good little car. That's where the jy ended, I started noticing issues with the entire deal. 1st the didn't give me the entire trade in value they offered on my truck, I called and reported several issues and asked about the money that they had offered on the truck, I was told by a manager that the money was given to the credit union in Jesup to get my payments lower. This was a lie, I called them and inquired and they said that they wouldn't do that, that they must have knocked some off the vehicle , which they didn't. So who pocketed $2000 dollars. Hmmmm. The bigger issue is that recently I start having major issues with the vehicle , it's due to the battery system, This car requires a AGM battery system, well the battery they had in it was not. It was a regular battery with the sides swollen out so bad it was about to explode. You see if they had did the inspection prior to certifying the automobile they would have known it had the wrong battery , or since this battery is a lot more expensive than the battery that was in the vehicle maybe it was just a plug and go solution for one of their mechanics. Not having the correct battery in the vehicle causes all sorts of issues like the stalling at a busy intersecting that happened and could have caused me my life. You've lost this customer.
