Last night I went into Rodeo Hyundai to look at new cars again and this time we got attached to the Santa Fe as it had everything we possibly wanted in... a vehicle. Joe Skeens was the salesman who assisted us and he was AWESOME. When he first came out to greet us he simply pointed us in the right direction for a few models of what we were looking for and left us to to look and wander. We then went up front when we were ready to talk to him and he let us take a vehicle out for a test drive. I love that he let us take the vehicle on our own as it gave my wife and I time to talk and really feel out the vehicle without any pressure. Upon returning, it was getting near closing time. Joe was kind enough to pull another vehicle (Santa Fe SE vs SEL w/ convenience package) so we could see that one as well. We immediately liked the SEL and wanted it. A little bit later on and we signed the line to make it ours. Joe was never pushy, if anything I was more pushy then he was when it came to the price/sale. He was super professional and his manager, Armando, was also really awesome! Although we were all there late, everyone was happy and we left truly excited. I could not say enough about the buying process at Rodeo Hyundai in how convenient and easy it was. The price was better than I would get at bigger places and the service was by far superior. Better price. Better service. Better treatment - Rodeo Hyundai for the WIN!
Hi Eric, it gives us great pride knowing that you felt comfortable with Joe and our staff and that your visit here was an enjoyable one! We'd like to ...congratulate you on your new vehicle and should you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Regards, Peter Pasiakos - General Manager - email@example.com
After 18 emails, numerous hours of discovery, phone calls and even a preliminary purchase order sent by an assistant manager (Manuel), the salesman (Ed)... the very next day sent an email that the car was sold. I was willing to pay their asking price and even offered a deposit to hold the car until we could transmit and consider all the information necessary to confirm the car was properly represented by the dealership. I even offered by email an alternative to my disdain for what happened, but they failed to respond. Apparently, the dealership does not give any priority to Internet sales. For a used car, I would not recommend wasting your time with this dealership. JD in Texas.
Hi JD, while we understand your disappointment, we have a policy of not taking deposits or holding vehicles. It was never our intention to waste your ...time and we had the full intentions to help you get into this vehicle, but unfortunately, it was sold to someone else before we could come to an agreement. Should you like to discuss this any further, please feel free to contact me. Regards, Peter Pasiakos - General Manager - firstname.lastname@example.org
My family was hit by a drunk driver and our 2018 Ford was totaled. This left us with no car and our credit was down a little from the time we had purchased... the Ford. We were never late on a car payment and all was well with it until this happened. We were now looking for a car and had no trade in and were still in the same monthly budget we had been in before the accident. Made test drive appointment on 7/28/19 at Rodeo Hyundai in Surprise for the Hyundai Tucson base model. Upon arriving they had a loaded model setting out for us to test drive. We asked for what we came in for and Ron the salesman said we could drive it also but we should drive this one and try it. We did drive the loaded then the base, of course the loaded had more power and comfort features. We were told the pricing with the loaded they could probably work it in to our price range. We went in and spent several hours going back and forth. The manager Armando came in to do what they do the good cop bad cop routine. As we had already stated from the very beginning what we could pay per month this was a huge waste of time. We had brought $2000 for a down as the haggling continued I did some figuring and went up to $3000 that was my limit. He said he could work with that and went to call someone known as Mr. Ed which he had done so many time already. He came back and said he would have to continue working it out the next day as it was Sunday afternoon and no one that could make a decision was available. He said with a smile that he was confident he would get it done and would call us tomorrow. So the next day comes and my wife speaks to him and he claims to still be working on it. I wait until about 4pm and call him and he tells me he is still working with Mr. Ed to get a decision and he will call me back today or in the morning. Now it’s 7/30/19 my wife and I are working and I speak to her on a break she had not spoken to Hyundai yet. I called Armando at about 4:30 pm and the receptionist said he would have to call me back because he was trying to close another deal. When he finally calls back he claims Mr. Ed wouldn’t budge so he can’t do anything. We tried to set this up as much as possible online before going in. We were very up front with our monthly budget and our credit scores and what we were trying to accomplish. Why do places and people like this have to waste your time? You know exactly what we need and what we can spend, so why not just say no right then instead of dragging it out for days. And if the Mr. Ed finance team works for Earnhardt just like you, why would they not make your deal work. It was a matter of $100 a month and you even said it could be extended out another year to make up the difference. If we had agreed to that it would had been pure profit for Mr. Ed right? This just really makes no sense at all and I believe once we left Sunday afternoon nothing else was ever done. I found it strange if He really cared one way or the other he would have called us to let us know what was happening. I do not know if this is how Hyundai dealers conduct themselves or if it was just this Earnhardt location. Either way was not a pleasant experience.
Apple Car Play Called Dealership today to get Apple Car Play updated on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata and was told oh just go online. When i told the person that... answered the phone who did not provide his name I don't have a SD card reader and the last time when I had a Android phone I came to the dealership to get it done. He says hmmm we don't have the stuff to do that ... Lie ....he told me let me ask my lead and then transferred me to a voicemail of Justin. I called back and no answer in Service when i called again i got the first desk i told her what happen she transferred me and again i was on hold for 20 min. Called again told the rep what happen again she transferred me and i was told no we don't do that you have the wrong place can't help you. You have to do it one your own. Which is a lie. I Feel because i don't have a newer car they don't help you just rude. I am looking for the paper work for the service i have had on my car so i can show them they are a lie. Not helpful an
I just want to say sales manager Chris Bowman was great to deal with from beginning till end. When I inquired about a Hyundai Tucson he was straight to... the point, negotiated fairly, and is a "true professional". As I use to work at a car dealership myself, these guys are the real deal, are down to earth, and organized. You won't get the traditional run around from Chris and Manny.
Came in to this dealership today with my wife to purchase a car, having the intentions on buying something very affordable with low miles. As we pulled... up, we were approached by a salesman named Vince. He was very friendly and straight to the point. At first we were looking at some of the used cars in the front of the lot, most of the cars had a lot of miles but it was to be expected in a used car. Vince was extremely knowledgeable with his car information for each car we wanted to look at which was awesome! As the day continued, me and my wife both got hungry as it was around lunch time. Knowing most people just say that to leave the dealership, Vince could tell we were genuinely hungry, I hope. Haha! So we did leave the dealership to go to Panda Express, which Vince did recommend for us. After filling up on some great food, we were ready to buy a car! After we returned to the lot, we went straight to the NEW cars to have a look. Looking at the 2018 Hyundai Elantras and Sonatas. Once again, Vince being extremely knowledgeable as he is... he was able to explain the difference between not 2, nor 3, but several different cars. Showing us the difference between the value and the limited editions from the bottom of the car (rims) to the top of the car(sun roof). I definitely did not want hub caps for rims so he stayed stray away from those cars which was great. Vince definitely heard us and took in everything we wanted in a car and SOLD us on a brand new car. After picking out the car of choice, we chose a champagne beige color for our new car at first. After several minutes of sitting at Vince's office area we decided we wanted a silver one instead which was a simple quick change. Vince definitely made us feel at home as he offered us water and snacks throughout our visit. The credit process was a little long but it was too be expected again for a new car. Vince definitely has jokes, he again will make you at home and bring a smile to your face. After signing all the paper work they pulled the car into the A/C garage, where I'll be driving away. The car was clean as it was brand new but could have been a little better wiped down knowing it was sitting in the lot but I won't let that ruin this review as Vince basically took it upon himself to wipe down the car again after the cleaning guys didn't do it fully. I was very picky as I just made a huge investment in this car, but Vince was very patient with me and met all my standards! He then showed me the inside of the car and how everything works. Let's just say, I was able to sync our garage door opener to the car with Vince's help at the dealership. Thank you again Rodeo Hyundai for providing us with a superior salesman Vince and a brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Vince is a keeper! Take care!

From Start to finish, was treated very well at Rodeo Hyundai. Mike Kemper was great to work with. All in all I would highly recommend buying a car from... Rodeo Hyundai!
