Apple Car Play Called Dealership today to get Apple Car Play updated on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata and was told oh just go online. When i told the person that... answered the phone who did not provide his name I don't have a SD card reader and the last time when I had a Android phone I came to the dealership to get it done. He says hmmm we don't have the stuff to do that ... Lie ....he told me let me ask my lead and then transferred me to a voicemail of Justin. I called back and no answer in Service when i called again i got the first desk i told her what happen she transferred me and again i was on hold for 20 min. Called again told the rep what happen again she transferred me and i was told no we don't do that you have the wrong place can't help you. You have to do it one your own. Which is a lie. I Feel because i don't have a newer car they don't help you just rude. I am looking for the paper work for the service i have had on my car so i can show them they are a lie. Not helpful an
I just want to say sales manager Chris Bowman was great to deal with from beginning till end. When I inquired about a Hyundai Tucson he was straight to... the point, negotiated fairly, and is a "true professional". As I use to work at a car dealership myself, these guys are the real deal, are down to earth, and organized. You won't get the traditional run around from Chris and Manny.
Came in to this dealership today with my wife to purchase a car, having the intentions on buying something very affordable with low miles. As we pulled... up, we were approached by a salesman named Vince. He was very friendly and straight to the point. At first we were looking at some of the used cars in the front of the lot, most of the cars had a lot of miles but it was to be expected in a used car. Vince was extremely knowledgeable with his car information for each car we wanted to look at which was awesome! As the day continued, me and my wife both got hungry as it was around lunch time. Knowing most people just say that to leave the dealership, Vince could tell we were genuinely hungry, I hope. Haha! So we did leave the dealership to go to Panda Express, which Vince did recommend for us. After filling up on some great food, we were ready to buy a car! After we returned to the lot, we went straight to the NEW cars to have a look. Looking at the 2018 Hyundai Elantras and Sonatas. Once again, Vince being extremely knowledgeable as he is... he was able to explain the difference between not 2, nor 3, but several different cars. Showing us the difference between the value and the limited editions from the bottom of the car (rims) to the top of the car(sun roof). I definitely did not want hub caps for rims so he stayed stray away from those cars which was great. Vince definitely heard us and took in everything we wanted in a car and SOLD us on a brand new car. After picking out the car of choice, we chose a champagne beige color for our new car at first. After several minutes of sitting at Vince's office area we decided we wanted a silver one instead which was a simple quick change. Vince definitely made us feel at home as he offered us water and snacks throughout our visit. The credit process was a little long but it was too be expected again for a new car. Vince definitely has jokes, he again will make you at home and bring a smile to your face. After signing all the paper work they pulled the car into the A/C garage, where I'll be driving away. The car was clean as it was brand new but could have been a little better wiped down knowing it was sitting in the lot but I won't let that ruin this review as Vince basically took it upon himself to wipe down the car again after the cleaning guys didn't do it fully. I was very picky as I just made a huge investment in this car, but Vince was very patient with me and met all my standards! He then showed me the inside of the car and how everything works. Let's just say, I was able to sync our garage door opener to the car with Vince's help at the dealership. Thank you again Rodeo Hyundai for providing us with a superior salesman Vince and a brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Vince is a keeper! Take care!
