This dealership was a nightmare to work with. At one point they acted like they were doing us a favor honoring the price that was advertised on all the... websites. The vehicle was priced $2700 over the other similar vehicles and it also needed new tires, the AC fixed and break pads. Keep in mind this was a newer used Hyundai at a Hyundai dealership. The sales people were unorganized. The manager was making all the calls on price and wouldn't budge over $1000. Let's not forget the dealership itself was in shambles. That littery told me they would take the car to auction and sell it over giving me $1000 off because they want as much money out of it as that can get. I highly recommend shopping somewhere else.
I negotiated an amount to be financed upfront and have an email. When I started the financing process, the price increased by $500. I was told that $500... was dependent upon financing through Hyundai. This was not mentioned by the salesperson. It goes to show that they do not value my business.

For the past month in a half I have spent my entire free time car shopping at... just about every dealership in town and sat in every small and mid-size SUV there is. After all this, I can honestly say that the experience at Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha was my absolute favorite. Sean Mitchell was my Salesman and he was fantastic to work with. I told him what I was looking for in an SUV and with the help of his manager and general manager, Don Vitito, they were able to find me my perfect car with everything I was looking for and more, all within my budget. I work three jobs which only allowed 1-3 days a week to car shop for that month in a half. Due to my limited free time Sean was even willing to stay late and come in on his off days to assist me. He was not pushy and allowed me the time in between visits to shop around without texting and calling non-stop. I bought the Santa Fe Sport Ultimate and love it so far! Jeff called in response to my query about a 09 Honda Accord. He gave me general and specific info and invited me to come in and test drive the car. After... several texts and conversations my wife & I did meet him, drove the car and made the purchase. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the beauty of the showroom the quality of the car and honest and no-pressure pitch of Jeff and the manager. Overall, a surprisingly pleasant visit with a "used car salesman" whose profession usually gets a bad rap.
