Purchased a Palisade 3 years ago.
Purchased a Palisade 3 years ago. Experienced transmission problems. Was told earliest we could make an appt was in 3 weeks!!! Called another Hyundai dealer and made appt for 3 days!! Find another dealer with a better service department and customer service.

You’ll be ghosted by the service department.
Service has had our daughter’s car for five days now and no work has even been started. We had an appointment on the day we dropped it off. She calls and calls for updates ~ they take forever to return her calls and never initiate the calls. They are not forthcoming or transparent on what is going on. They told her her engine was still under warranty which we were so excited about as she just graduated from college and money is tight. Now we’re worried they were bs-ing us and are going to charge an arm and a leg. But we don’t know ~ as they still haven’t returned her call from 4.5 hours ago. Supposedly we’ve been waiting to hear from someone at Hyandai to get the work done. Without the “approval”, we can’t even get a loaner vehicle. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Dealership has terrible sales people, they are overpriced
Dealership has terrible sales people, they are overpriced ( probably have to pay for all that overhead they have with the new dealership) and overall sales people were very unfriendly. Sales person got snippy with me because I told them I was going to price shop. If you want to get ripped off I suggest you only shop this one place. Woodhouse in general has gone way downhill......

I bought a 2023 lemon.
I bought a 2023 lemon. Hyundai elentra hybrid. The vehicle has slammed the brakes going forward with nothing in the way, it has done the same when reversing, and nothing was there. The left side sensors miss a ton of alerts when changing lanes to the left, i was able to back into a rock at about trunk height without the sensors going off at all. This thing is a death trap. After 3 days of not responding i am scheduling services at a diffrent autodealer, woodhouse is a scam.

Service department gives lots of excuses. Won't work on a loaner vehicle when they don't have the part and the 2 weeks are up. Call to talk to service and receptionist Dianna says we close in 5 minutes and you will need to call back.

My Recent July 6, 2022 Service was Not Satisfactory. The Service Staff was Rude. The Invoice Included a Car Wash and Vacuum. The Dealer Did Not Build a Car Wash. I was Given a Coupon to Drive Way West to an Unassisted Car Wash. I Went Out West One Time and Once to a Bucky's. Both Had No Attendant. To Add to My Frustrating Experience, My Car was NOT Vacuumed at the Dealership . The Complaint Department Offered to Vacuum My Car If I Would Return to the Dealership. A 20 Minute Drive Each Way was INCONVENIENT. I Declined. There was No Manager at the Dealership. Mr. Hinkle was Out of the Office Until July 12th. No One was Designated as a Manager. Also, My A/ C is Not Functioning Well. I was Told It Would be 4 to 6 Weeks Before An Appt Would be Available. I Feel the Woodhouse Hyundai Service Department is Disappointing and Obviously Understaffed.

I went in to look at a Santa Cruz, and after spending a couple hours at the dealership put a $1000 deposit down on the deal we had made. After we left the dealer called and said that he had messed up and it was going to be $3000 more than what he had told us. I asked for my deposit back since they had changed the deal, he told me no problem. It took 3 phone calls and 2 weeks but I got my deposit back.
