I swapped my car.

I swapped my that process was very smooth...but I received a car that needed bearings....there was a very loud noise coming from the new car!!! Why would you give someone a car that needed repairs right away!???? I like the car but I hope I have no more issues for quite a while!!!

The price was great on both ends of the transaction. Most of the process went quite well. There were a couple of hiccups in the paperwork that delayed getting the car. In the end the car came as promised. I love the security of the 100 day warranty.

Was happy with the delivery process and the selection. Disappointed that the car I purchased had damage that wasn’t disclosed on the website and they wouldn’t work with me to get it repaired. Instead, the only option provided was to deal with all of the hassle of returning or exchanging it

Vehicle was listed with 2 sets of keys. Dealership forgot to include the vehicle’s floor mats and second key fob. It was like pulling teeth to get Carvana to get these items to me. The replacement mats are generic and don’t fit the car very well. Interior of vehicle was gross, there was stains on the carpeting and spilled coffee or something ground into the cup holder in the back seat. Super disappointing.

website very user friendly.

website very user friendly..thought down payment on most vehicles were pretty excessive but found one affordable and the financing process was pretty straight forward (especially when i am rebuilding my credit ) had my vehicle delivered by very professional and friendly carvana staff...i thought the text messaging was /is very helpful keeping me updated in the process...thank you


Really bad experience.

Really bad experience. I would never buy another car here. As awful as the car buying process is at a dealership, the Carvana experience is worse. It's just stretched from a typical 2-3 hour car buying misery into a 6 week long misery. It sounded like a great idea at the time but their communication systems and processes are a mess. After all the time it took, they delivered a $70,000 Porsche 911 with front tires that are 11 years old and back tires that dont fit the rim. They sent me to their approved tire company for an opinion; who said the tires are dangerous and should be replaced. They still refused. This company is a disorganized mess. Will never buy a car here again. Its no wonder they are failing as a business.

Lack of Signage made "Dealership" hard to find.

Lack of Signage made "Dealership" hard to find. Staff was professional & helpful. Layout (old car dealership) was sparce & empty - not very confidence building.
