    Put a money down to hold on a vehicle which i ended up not purchasing. They refunded my money and ended up going back into my account to steal the money.... Who does that? Its almost 2 weeks and expecting to get my refund back. All they are saying it could be a glitch. Really??? Please i need my money returned asap. Do i need to report to the Better Business Bureau? Waiting for the positive response with my 1,000.00 back into my account or i would take the necessary steps to get my money back. This is absolute stealing.

    Nice dealership friendly staff. Dayse was very helpful and professional throughout the whole buying process right down to putting plates on vehicle. Nice... selection of vehicles priced rite go down and see her

    One weekend I set a goal to trade in my car. Car Factory Direct located in Milford, Connecticut had just the car that I wanted. I called them and my family... spoke with Greg Williams, the car salesman. Greg assured us that the car would be waiting for us upon arrival. Have you ever called on a car and once you arrived to buy it, it was sold? That has happened to me before. However, Greg Williams kept his word, and I was excited to trade in my car for a newer car the same day. Greg took my family and I for a test drive. The car was exactly what I wanted. Greg Williams, Carlos (Finance), and Armando (General Manager) also treated my family with kindness, respect, and helped in any way that they could. Thank you Greg Williams, Carlos, and Armando for helping me get my new car. I just love it.

    I had looked for a very long time trying to find the exact car with the exact features. My dream car, a VW GTI. White silver metallic paint, sunroof, and... the classic plaid seats. I finally found one at Car Factory Direct in Milford, CT. One problem... I live in Washington state. "No problem" says Greg "we've done this kind of sale all of the time". WRONG! My bank loan officer had to walk them through the process. JPEG photos of official documents!? I guess west coast technology hasn't made its way back east. So finally after a week and a half of emailing back and forth the deal was done. I arranged to have the car transported from Connecticut to Washington. I received the car early Saturday morning. At fist supper excited. My DREAM car! Wait... the car was advertised as having the Autobahn package. I paid what I did because it was supposed to have these top of the line features! This is a $3000 package! Auto climate control… NO, Premium sound system... NO, All electric driver seat adjustment... NO. I feel ripped off, but what am I supposed to do? Spend the two grand to ship the car back and demand a refund? I felt like I was playing it smart by buying from a dealer vs. a private seller. Wrong! I guess it is my fault for trusting someone that I've only talked to over the phone. Honesty is a big deal for me. Advertising top of the line, but selling base model. Dishonest!!! Unless your in Connecticut and can verify that the car has what they advertise... steer clear!!!

    The service is the worst, we bought a 2016 Mercedes Benz , this car has transmission leaks , old filters bad windshield wipers, after driving 300 miles... the dash board light up light it was a Christmas tree. I brought it back to the store to get repaired . The response was the warranty doesn’t cover the hoses do to wear. Lol by who was my question . This place is a junk yard , although they the wash and shine the cars . But they sell junk . And treatment towards the customer is ridicules . I had to go to DMV to get results for a car we spent 30k on.

Our salesman Greg made our experience very pleasurable with no pressure... to purchase just helpful information on making a decision. The management team was very professional and courteous.     I Bought my Mercedes convertible here, and I would like to share my experiences for those who would consider buying vehicle in the future. To simply describe... the reason for one star rating: It is since this place is UNRELIABLE and DISHONEST, and here are the stories that leads up to this conclusion. The Pre-purchase experience was actually smooth and costumer friendly. And after negotiating the pricing of the car, the sales representative Ron has made a guarantee on minor repairs as a part of their service, and hence then I decided to purchase the vehicle right away. BUT following this, the after sales experiences turned to be a nightmare - 1. The center consul of the car was been promised to be replaced and repaired, and was first given the estimate waiting time(to be fixed) one to two weeks (was said before the purchase). And One week after buying the car according to he salesman Ron, that estimated time was never guaranteed, and turns out we waited two entire month to do a minor part replacement. 2. During the test drive process, there was noise coming out from the mechanical parts, and for whichever parts that are causing the noise, the salesman and manager said that it would be checked and take care of, and eventually when the mechanical parts (some loose screws within door panel) was fixed(two month after purchase), I was been told by the car repair shop to be responsible for the fees for repair (150$). And when given this information to Ron the salesman, he said that this is a used car therefore any parts could go wrong at any time and said the car does not have warranty so they are not going to cover it, leading me no other choices but to pay for the bills which was charged without my permission. ADVICE: if you do see a great priced vehicle that you really like, you should fully consider the services that they promise to perform and if possible to ask a written consent from the company.

    After finding a vehicle listed online, I sent in a reuqest for a call back and more information. Immediately got a response saying someone would be in... touch the next business day. Well, 3 days went by, I finally received another email which looked to be automated asking me if I was still in the market and how was my experience...Experience? I sent another reply to the rep that was listed on the email, finally getting a response almost a week and half later saying that someone just left a deposit?? It was available over a week ago but there horrible customer service cost me the vehicle. You would think this day and age when someone sends a request they would atleast get back to you...
