I stopped by one Day and was looking around and immediately a very polite lady approached me and asked if I wanted to drive that truck I was looking at... she asked my name and told me her name was Alaina she was very friendly had a polite manor about her didn’t push me she listened to everything I had to say and then did what she said I got the keys drove that truck and I really enjoyed it very nice truck and she was able to get me financed too but unfortunately at this time I’m not financially able to get it but Mrs Alaina again was so very kind I will definitely be back and would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a new or used car or truck go by and see her you won’t be disappointed
I went their service to repair my car and they charged me over a $ 1000 and while I’m driving back came across with the same issue and they didn’t took... any responsibility of the work that they have done. I lost my money and time( 3 total days). Also their service is really poor they took more than 10 days to repair my car but I feel they have done nothing. After I get the same issue I went to a Toyota dealership and they told me that the ford service was charged me for a part that is not even comes with my car. This is not acceptable. They changed me for a break booster and the final receipt they said they replaced the break master cylinder and there’s no any notation of part numbers. Once I call them to get a refund they are not picking up the phone I had to try several times to get someone on the phone. After I explain what happened they told me they are going to call me back but they never did. From my end I had to pay twice to solve the same problem in my car and they just ignored my complaint and they said they have done their job correct. If they have done their job correct how come I experienced the same problem after driving less than 100 miles? I’m not going to take it easy and I’ll do everything I can to get back my money.
