Without going into an extensive written explanation I'll save time by including portions of the text string that took place while asking about their advertised price matching policy: "your review won't affect us...but great try for sale" "and lets be honest dealerships have bad reputations regardless of how they advertise lol" "hope in one hand and you now what in the other and see which ones fills up first" Saved The Best for Last...!!! "It was. I wish you nothing but the worst Joe" There you go. No further comments are necessary...... Contacted Ford directly but haven't heard back from them.

WHO HATES THE ELDERLY OKLAHOMA JOE COOPER FORD THATS WHO.. I found a 2021 jeep online and sent in a message to JERIC HUSON. this guy is a fast talking liar. The car was advertised for 19.699. After I was done it cost me 26.999plus extended warranty and gap insurance. Blake Featherstone told me I would get a 3000 dollar rebate. It has been over a month I haven't heard anything. They just keep lying. The finance person. Rick sanders told me I was buying a basic warranty I found out later it was a premium another lie.im calling consumer protection IF YOU ARE ELDERLY STAY AWAY. THEY TALK FAST AND LIE.

Are salesman was Sergio in used cars he does not return calls after telling you I will call you right back ,2-finance department Sucks we were paying cash for a SUV that was still under Toyota factory warranty and the guy kept trying to sell us the the extra Rip Off warranty (after seven times) I finally just had to leave, I left and the salesman caught me in the parking lot and got me a finance guy that would not try to sell me the finished the deal . The next day I lifted the hood an noticed it was low on brake fluid, antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, this SUV was a Joe Cooper Certified Vehicle and did not check the easy stuff . I had some brake fluid & washer fluid but not red antifreeze called the used car manager & he said to come see him and sent me to the service department to top off the antifreeze so I drive to service and wait 1 1/2 hours to tell me it's not low when on the plastic overflow it is on low . Joe Cooper Ford is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with period .

Purchased needed set of tires and was told about rebates
Purchased needed set of tires and was told about rebates offered when scheduled appointment. When picked up vehicle on Oct 22, cashier said and (doubled checked to confirm with someone) that rebates were to be handled on line. Ford offers a Military & First Responder rebate on tires which clearly says applied at time of transaction, however the cashier said they didn't have any way to process those rebates and to contact Ford. Ford says the dealer is responsible. The cashier said she would have a manager call back, however no one has. I was contacted regarding a survey on service and explained I was happy with the tires, just the issue with rebate program. Again I was told someone would get back with me. After a week, I called back and went on line seeking to contact a manager. I did get a call from a man who inquired about why and then stated the managers were Marcus and Dustin and he would have one contact me. Still no call back. Evidently service pushes the rebates without understanding them and then doesn't seem to want to honor them. The rebates were a factor in deciding where to purchase the tires, so Military & First Responders be aware the Ford Military & First Responder Rebate is not what it claims at Joe Cooper!

Joe Cooper Ford Service is a rip off!! Christian Watkins Service Advisor is a liar!! If you want fair and HONEST service for your vehicle go anywhere except Joe Cooper Ford!! Took my vehicle in for an oil change and minor warranty item. Told me the oil change would be over $210 and they would keep my vehicle for 5 days. Had the same oil change done there 5 months ago on the same vehicle cost was $106. I called another Ford Dealership, they quoted me $107 for the oil change and would get my vehicle done same day or next day worst case. Joe Cooper Ford Service has been going down hill for awhile. I have several friends and a relative that have also had bad experiences. BUYER BEWARE!!

This has nothing to do with the cost of keeping my vehicle properly serviced. If you read my complaint you would know that this is about Joe Cooper Service in Edmond trying to charge twice as much as another local Ford Dealership for the same service and lying about the cost. Also trying to charge me twice the amount you charged me just 5 months ago for the same service and lying to me about that. Also telling me you would need to keep my car for 5 days compared to another local Ford Dealership telling me same day or next for same services. You guys should not assume that everyone that drives through your service lane is stupid and believes your xx.
I bought a 2013 Ford Focus on January 2024.
I bought a 2013 Ford Focus on January 2024. First, they had it online for $5100 but when I got there they said it would be $1000 more than that ON TOP of tax, etc. The salesman, Dilon, said nothing about this until I drove there from Norman. I said I couldn't and wouldn't pay that so he magically made that disappear. Everything went pretty well for a while. Then last week, 6 months after I bought the car, the transmission had problem so I took it back to Joe Edmond for service. The transmission would have been covered under warranty but they said the problem was the clutch which, of course, was not covered. $3800. More than half what the car is worth. I asked the tech if they could work with me on the price since I bought the car so recently. He checked with the sales team and they said "no". They didn't call me or talk to me about it. They made the customer service tech, Riley, tell me. I couldn't take it elsewhere because it had a special transmission that hardly anyone works on. So they fixed it, I picked it up, and I paid. But I asked to speak with the General Manager, Blake, and explained my disappointment about the outcome. He was nice and pretended to care and said he would speak with someone to try to get some of my money back and that he would get back to me personally. Crickets. So this week I texted Riley the tech to say I had heard nothing. He assured me someone would get back to me. Crickets. I understand they weren't obligated to help me. Business is business. But...if they had helped me, even a little, I would have been so grateful that I would have been a long term customer for the life of the car, driven from Norman for oil changes and all other service, and probably purchased my nephew's next car from them. Instead...they lost a loyal and good customer. Unfortunate.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had.
Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. First their used car department sold me a 2020 Ranger that had transmission issues. Then after taking it to their service department twice they couldn’t fix it. The used car manager refused to let me return the truck and told me to contact the service manager. After leaving several messages with the service manager, who never called me back, I took the truck to METRO FORD OF OKC who got the transmission fixed under warranty! Not going back to joe cooper again!

Just lost us as a customer.
Just lost us as a customer. Just found out that they rolled over 18k from a trade in on the vehicle I bought without telling us. I even put 5k down. I would’ve never put money down or traded in our very nice f250 king ranch. They even said they paid off the trade in AND Brought the price of the new vehicle down 10k from the trade in. I still have to get oil changes here but I will never buy another vehicle here. Can’t wait for this car to be paid off to never have something else from Joe cooper of Edmond.

i brought a nice truck,but.
i brought a nice truck,but. you have to pay extra to get all the accesories to work. will not buy another ford, will mot buy from joe cooper again. when you buy a 38,000 dollar truck why would you.pay extra to make the navagation system work, or make the trailer assist work. i wonder if i am at some future time i will have to pay extra for the headlights to work?
