Overall 10/10 experience as a first time buyer! Rhashard & Jacob did what was in my best interest. Explained everything to me very detailed. Responded to me in a timely manner! Jacob had awesome interaction. Management was great as well. Finance department was awesome as well! As a first time buyer my experience started off rough but ended in smiles!😊

Iyonna Brown was awesome!

i have a 2018 kia sport age it developed a misfire i took

i have a 2018 kia sport age it developed a misfire i took it to have it checked my mechanic told me it had no compression in the number 4 cylinder. so i called serra kia of trussville and told them the problem and asked if the engine was under warranty it had no compression in the number 4 cylinder. she said yes it’s user warranty just bring it in.so i did i had it towed after they checked it they told me it didn’t have any compression in number 4 and said compression issues in the motor are not under warranty and handed me a bill for 200.00 so if you want to get lied to and cheated out of your money this is the place for you
