I drove from Watsonville on Friday to test drive a used GMC Arcadia and the SUV was not even on the Lot! The person that was going to show it to me... was not even ready for me I had to wait 25 min before a so called manager can help me, but didn't , he was interrupted by his staff 4 times while he was trying to help me! That's so RUDE and un profectional! I will NEVER RECOMMENT THIS DEALERSHIP!!
Went in without a down payment they worked with me and overall was only there for short amountnof time. I Would buy another car here soon.

I called about a car being advertised, spoke to Jessica. She promised to call me in 5 to 10 minutes with pricing; 2 days later no response. Called back... next day, was told she would call; no response. Called back next day, spoke to internet manager, said she would call; no response. Called today and asked for General Manager, said they would call me shortly; 10 hours later, no response! Do they want to sell cars???? Worst customer service ever!!!!
