The 2011 blue BMW X5, Stk#5018184 (VIN-5UXZV4C59BL416927) is not in stock but is still advertised for sale today, May 23rd. I was told via email that... it was sold several weeks ago. My original inquiry regarding the BMW's availability was responded to on April 23, 2018. Here is the response that I received: "Thank you once again for contacting us about an BMW X5. I wanted to check in and let you know I'm looking forward to assisting in any way I can. Unfortunately that X5 has sold. He did not acknowledge my test drive request or even mention the car that I inquired about had been sold almost a month ago. Continuing to advertise this car for sale is dishonest and unethical. Anyone who has had the same experience should write a review here and anywhere else that M-B West advertises. It should also be reported the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of Texas. Mercedes-Benz West Houston continues to list this sold vehicle on this website thought it was sold a month ago. Even if there is month delay (doubtful )in having the ad removed, why the evasive, dishonest response from Mr. Sheng? This question is rhetorical; so, no canned "this is an unfortunate, isolated incident" response, please. The reasons are obvious.

Although we did not end up buying a car from this dealership, Shawn Mays and Mitch Loftis provided exceptional customer service. We went there to test... drive a 2014 E350, but after driving it and really liking it, the car fax showed that the car had a minor damage that was NOT related to an accident. Although the car was reasonably priced, I just hesitated to buy this particular car as I had concerns about it's resale value. Shawn then spent hours with us test driving other E350s, but we could not find one that is within our budget so we did not buy a car here. The reason I'm writing the review is because I was really impressed by the customer care Shawn provided us. He was never pushy and always had a positive attitude despite the fact that we did not buy the car. Next time I want to buy a MB, I will be looking for Shawn, he is highly recommended.

Dylan Cosper was awesome! He was professional, courteous and a very attentive. The service we received was not the reason we did not make the purchase.... The numbers just didn't line up for us. I know where to go when we're in the market again.

Left my car at 9AM. Not ready until 4:30, just in time for Houston rush hour. Had to harrange service people to get car by then. But to make matters even... worse, ALL the settings from my radio, temperature to the steering wheel were changed! I was furious. Will never return.
