Don't expect your car back anytime soon

First of all we could not get through to the service department for an appointment. As instructed we left voicemails. After several days without a response we went in person to make an appointment. Soonest they could get in was 10 days later. They had the car for 4 days and we didn't know what was going on until we finally called and found out they had to order the part. Jeff our service manager is horrible at keeping us updated, and does not return our calls and does not call back when he says he will. They have had our car for ONE MONTH. I understand supply chain or staffing issues if that's the problem but it's been hard not having our car for so long and communication would really help. At this point I would not recommend the service department to anyone and we will never go back.

Would give negative stars if I could!

Would give negative stars if I could! Absolute worst experience we've ever had buying a car!!! Our salesperson Taha was great. However, the rest of the process with the Finance Manager Dustin Conklin was a nightmare. We stopped in Portland on the way home from vacation. Found a beautiful Jeep and arranged to have it delivered to us, after leaving a $500 deposit. Every time we were promised documents, we had to keep asking for them and they were repeatedly incorrect. It completely ruined the excitement of getting a new vehicle. How Dustin has a job as Finance Manager is amazing. Never once did he take responsibility for any of the errors, even though he stated he was looking them over carefully before sending them. When I was finished signing documents, after several additional calls to Dustin, I could have cared less that we had a beautiful new vehicle. Go somewhere (anywhere) else to purchase a vehicle!!!

We purchased a new car in 2019 and paid an extra 2500$

We purchased a new car in 2019 and paid an extra 2500$ for a gold warranty. Car died unexpectedly and wouldn't start, we are still within our warranty period. Tried calling the dealership FOR FOUR DAYS and no one would pick up the phone. I called customer service and ask that I be contacted about my gold warranty to get my car fixed. 24 hours goes by and no phone call. Tried calling the dealership ALL DAY and no one would pick up. Called customer service and threatened to report them for fraud, still no response. Tried to make an appointment online and said it would take 5 weeks to get me in. Finally went down to the dealership and they fit me in no problem, but said they no longer had loaner vechicles and referred me to another branch. I called that dealership all day AND NO ONE ANSWERED. Called customer service again, was told they would have someone contact me immediately. At this point I am two weeks out without a vehicle despite the thousands of dollars I paid for my warranty. Got my car in today and they said the battery is dead and not covered and charged me 600$. This is the worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with and I will make sure to let everyone I know to never go here. The most deplorable customer service I have ever experienced. Don't buy the warranty, they won't honor it. I am going to report them for fraud.

Terrible sevice.

Terrible sevice.... worst dealership ever! You guys suck!!!!!!!! I bought a brand new wrangler in June and ordered some parts for it. Never received them it's now October xxxxxxx! You said they've been in your parts department for weeks and that you mailed them over a week ago, I had to call AGAIN to find out that they were NEVER sent!!! xxx!

best experience at a dealership

Between Natalia G. and Peyton M. they really helped making getting into a new car as easy as possible. The whole team I interacted with in the process of having to deal with my totaled car and getting a new one was a total dream. I didn't think I would be able to get into something after my accident, but they did it! The chairs they have to offer in the building are comfortable and clean with lots of snack and beverage options. My stay while getting everything taken care of was great! Hands down the best experience I've had working with a dealership! Thank You!!!

Did plenty of shopping around before eventually

Did plenty of shopping around before eventually purchasing a Jeep from Chris Ryan. Let’s face it-no one WANTS to go to a dealership. Chris was extremely friendly over the phone, didn’t pressure me at all. He was my last stop and I’m glad I waited. Have me fair value for my trade in and I walked away happy with the deal. I plan to do business with him again!

UPDATE #2: The car was finally delivered.

UPDATE #2: The car was finally delivered. Hallelujah! I upgraded the rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. It’s possible that the lack of response was typical of the dealer, or maybe because it was a trade-in and not a new car. The experience started out great, but the consistent lack of responses was very irritating. UPDATE: Today the manager finally called and said the car will be delivered tomorrow. Fingers crossed! I'm in the process of buying a used car that they got as a trade-in. Chris and Peyton were super nice and helpful. I found a car that I loved but was told it needed to be checked by their service department, which might take a few days. I agreed and wrote them a $500 check for a deposit. After a week I called to see what was taking so long and was told that the inspection was completed but hadn't yet been written up. It has now been 8 days and they have stopped returning my phone calls. Not only that, but the car is still listed for sale on their website. I'm hoping that I can change this review if they become more responsive!

I was a first time car buyer with not much experience

I was a first time car buyer with not much experience purchasing a vehicle and I feel like Brian, our salesman, took full advantage of my lack of experience. I ended up in debt up to my eyeballs paying twice what the car was really worth. He didn't even offer a test drive! Because of this experience, I will never be purchasing a car from another dealership and my credit is completely trashed! Thanks Brian! For taking full advantage of my inexperience and my anxiousness to buy!
