I received outstanding service from both Joseph Piazza and Patrick Person of Lithia. They made myself and my girlfriend feel very at ease and comfortable... with the buying process and overall experience. Joseph is an exceptional customer service rep and he has a very bright future in that industry. He made me feel like we had been friends for a long time and he was very easy to talk to. He addressed me and my girlfriend with respect and not once did we feel like we were just a sale to him. We actually got to know one another and he even offered me the use of his family's rental house. Joseph is a great guy and I would recommend his services to anyone!! He helped to remove the stigma of the car buying experience being about as fun as a trip to the dentist office. I left there a very satisfied customer!!
I brought my car in due to a vehicle recall notice. I was told that it would take about an hour and a half but it only took about a half hour for them... to do the software update. So from start to finish my experience was A1
