DANTAE IN VOLVO SERVICE AND HIS TECHNICIANS EXEMPLIFY PROFFESIONALISM AND GREAT INTEGRITY. AFTER HAVING MY VOLVO MISDIAGNOSED AND REPLACING THE WHOLE FRONT... Dante and his team were polite and helpful, and they finished the job quickly. The reason I put 4 stars for facilities is the customer waiting area. It... is small and not very comfortable. It's right in the middle of everything.
My wife and I recently purchased a new S90 sedan. Bob Murphy was our sales representative. He was very nice and attentive but was not pushy about making... a sale. He honestly answered all of our questions. It was a very pleasant experience and I would rate Mr. Murphy as a "10" on the sales representative scale and would gladly use him again. I thoroughly recommend him if one is in the market for a new or used Volvo. The dealership was also nice and very helpful in getting the car ready to meet our schedule.

Bought a 2016 200 7/18/17 drove great but the air conditioning is not cold enough and it's dash board shows no MPH.cant program the computer a but I... actually had a wonderful experience with the sales crew and management and would recommend them for Volvo's & Volkswagen they have a great selection of used cars at the right price. Tomorrow morning when. Bring it in I hope to get some service done and enjoy this vehicle for many years to come. They offer Superior customer service extremely friendly and outgoing crew. Greg Rodriguez was a great salesman and miss Baker was a good help in helping me make my decision to buy it on the spot.

Bought my wife a pre-owned 2012 Infiniti EX35. The car was priced right for its condition. My salesperson was Emily. She gave us no hassle and no back... and forth nonsense. I told them my price and they worked on it. Juan, the sales manager, was also great. He was straight forward and did not try to squeeze us for every dollar. We didnt have perfect credit but Emily and Juan treated us really good. The finance manager was also good. He did not pressure us to buy GAP or other dealer services. Overall, the experience was good. The only thing that I would change is the bad tasting coffee.
Spoke to salesman about a car and sent in all my info to hold car including deposit. Calls me back 4-5 hours later saying it was sold and even thought... I put deposit before other buyer he got the car because he paid in full for it. What good is deposit if you don't hold the car for a buyer?
