    These people are The worst . I financed a car from them which I downpaid 10k dollars. The baught the car from the auction and gave it to me . The same... day I drove the car home the the headlight switch started falling off etc least of my problems . 1 week later I started noticeing that the car was burning a lot of oil . But I didn’t pay it no mind . I didn’t think it was serious I mean why would they sell me a car that was bad mechanically . That’s what I was thinking atleast . Considering how “nice” they perceived to be . So this is 2011 bmw m3 . I had the same car before this one . I was getting another was due to my last one being totaled by a drunk driver . That being said I went I changed the exhaust on the car to make it sound a little better . I mean it’s a sports car . Long story short the car was burning 9 quarts of oil a WEEK! and I never drover the car comfortably since I got it and I’ve been giving it back to them every week and they kept delaying on it so the 90 day period ends so that they don’t have to fix anything . We came to an agreement that I don’t want the car because the motor was bad , or whatever and they would auction back the car and workout how I can get all my money back or atleast some . I don’t mind I didn’t mind loosing on this because I’m a good straight up person . They call me a month and a half later saying they have to talk to me . Their not giving me back any of my money and how it’s my fault that the car is burning oil . All because I changed a exhaust . How ridiculous is this . Im a car guy and no way can an exhaust be the fault of a car burning that much oil in a week . That being said . I walked out of their dealership . They took advantage of me on every level possible . I lost the 10k I put down and the car . So they pretty much robbed me blind . Hope no one has to go thru this . It’s hard when yu loos your hard earned money that you’ve been saving so long to get something you realy want

    THIS DEALER IS A SCAMMER, THEY LIST A PRICE ONLINE AND WHEN YOU GET THERE THEY CHANGE THE PRICE AND TELL YOU YOU HAVE TO FINANCE THE CAR. DON'T WASTE YOUR... TIME

    John, we do not change prices on customers, all our prices and charges are clearly disclosed on our website. Maybe you misunderstood the situation...y...ou offered us almost $4k below what the car was going to cost with all the taxes and charges and we cannot give such a substantial discount, therefore we told you that you can Finance the car for the difference. We did not say that you "have to finance" but only that we cannot give you the car at the price you were offering cause we were too far apart. To give us a 1 star on "Customer Service", "Quality of Repair", and "Overall Facilities" when you only had an issue in the "Buying process" category is absurd. You show no respect for an establishment who prides themselves on the quality of their cars and especially maintaining a nice presentable facility. Good luck on your car search.

    The customer service was polite and sociable. I was able to test drive and look over the vehicle with no hassling. Sales staff was quite helpful over the... phone, through email, and in person. The vehicle was as advertised and was purchased with no drama.

    As to previous review what a total lie. I have text stating car could be taken same day, as per fees the car was listed at $15900 with a $2000 dealer fee... but instead of writing fee on paper they just tacked up the price to $17900, than had the nerve to say dont look at it as a fee but yet the price of the car highly illegal and false advertising and which is why i have reported them to nys dmv. Have all written proof text and recorded audio. Can't lie about whats on paper total scam artist.

    I bought a Ram ProMaster from Royal Motors was such an easy experience and I never felt pressured at all. Leo was very easy to deal with as well as his... dad. After we decided on a price they wouldn't let me take it home until their mechanic made sure everything was working properly. The last thing that I appreciated was about a week after picking up the van Leo called me to let me know the auction dealer delivered an extra set of keys. Overall I felt they were looking for a lifelong customer rather than just making a one time sale.

    I purchased a used Mercedes Benz Sprinter from Royal Motors. They were a pleasure to work with and made the process super easy. The only reason I did... not give 5 stars is they quoted a price of $14,000 but then the purchase price on the invoice was $14,694. They said they put a dealers fee on which I would have thought should be part of the price quoted. It could very well just be my ignorance of the process. Just make sure to ask about the fee when shopping
