I worked quite a lot with Abdul and then David. Both are extremely professional and straight to the point. I worked a tiny bit with Melissa and Jason as well, but mainly the first two. My OTD price was still lower than sticker for the same make and model at other dealers, so I got a steal of a deal, because of great timing (they had the car for a couple months and had just lowered the sticker price). I work on cars, have bought cars before, etc, and I drive a hard bargain. If you know what to look for, WHAT you’re looking for, and how to negotiate, I highly recommend. They do honest work and work hard to sell though, so if you struggle with peer pressure, be prepared to leave with a car LOL.

Had extensive damage to the vehicle they apparently knew about but did not divulge to me when I brought this to there attention only 2 hours after leaving the dealership they said they can fix it if I pay for it they will lie to you and sell you a broken vehicle

I am shocked to see so many good reviews! This company is very shady. My interaction with the salesrep was minimal, I dealt with AJ. I inquired about a vehicle via email, the price on Auto Trader and their site was $38500. The next day the sales rep contacted me and I asked for pictures and the cost estimate to ship the car. She forwarded me over to AJ and he mentioned $1200-$1300. They advertise as low as 3.99% interest rate and I am a tier 1 and AJ sent me over the credit application. The next day he called and said that I was quoted 7.9%. I told him that I would just pay cash but I was curious as to why such a high rate was quoted. He put me on hold and said there was an issue with his system and he would call me back and was sure he could get a better rate. He called back and quoted 5.4 and he emailed over a purchase order that had the price of the vehicle at $43500 plus their $1499 dealer processing fee(I have never come across a rate that high, ever!) I checked the website and the car that I had enquired about mysteriously went up in price to $39500, so in three days the price went up! However the purchase order was still showing an additional $4k increase even over the new adjusted advertised price. When questioned he responded that the advertised price is for a one time payment and it had to be wired. So I emailed him back and asked that if I wire the money the price would be $38500 plus his $1499 dealer fee in which he replied it would. Then I got an email stating a correction, and he mentioned that if I wired the money the price would be $44999! I asked him to please explain in writing how the price went up and he stated that in addition to the sales price of $38500 and the $1499 dealer fee, there was a "recon fee of $2499! Mind you , this was on a car that had less than 10000 miles! The price then came out to $42498 so once again a different price. There is no mention of a recon fee anywhere on their site! Bottom line, if you are going to do business with these guys, just have them cut to the chase and give you the straight skinny. As mentioned on other reviews, there was a discrepancy between Auto Check and Car Fax in terms of damage. They wasted my time and I would not do business with these shady guys period!
