Buyers beware please take your money elsewhere. If I could give this dealership zero stars that would depict the level of service that my husband and I received when dealing with this dealership. We came from out of state with the intention of purchasing a vehicle from them that was advertised online. My husband booked a flight and went to the dealership the same day while in route his salesman Jason informed him a $500 deposit would be necessary to secure the vehicle. He ended up putting a thousand dollars down in good faith. When he arrived to look at the truck, the truck was nowhere near what was advertised. In the listing it said that the vehicle had been involved in an accident but that there was no damage. Upon arrival there was clearly damaged to the back of the truck additionally, whoever had previously owned this vehicle allow their dog to jump up on the truck because there were a lot of scratches on the vehicle due to animals. Inside of the vehicle there was dog hair that had not been properly cleaned out. My husband was extremely disappointed because when we attempted to address these issues with the salesman and then the manager ace, we were basically told that we were out of luck because the deposit was not refundable even though the vehicle was not what they had described or led us to believe. The manager even sent us a blown up picture where he circled the damage on the post but the picture is extremely unclear and because of the manner and way the photo is taken you cannot see any damage on this truck. Even more so it is listed in the listing that there was no damage but he refused to give us our money back we're out of a truck, the cost of a flight and were treated very poorly. Very bad business practices.

I had such an amazing experience at Alpha Motorsports! Buying a vehicle can be scary and nerve-wracking, especially as a young single female. Unfortunately, many people assume you don’t know much just because you’re younger and starting out with responsibilities like car payments and insurance. However, stepping into Alpha Motorsports, I never got that feeling. The process was clear, especially when it came to pricing and vehicle knowledge. Amir was incredibly patient and a true gentleman. The business manager, AJ, worked closely with the general manager, Ace, to make what seemed like an impossible deal happen. The dealership itself was clean, comfortable, and had a genuinely positive atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the entire experience stress-free.
