After conducting extensive research, including verification of the IP address, we have determined that this individual is harassing our business. The vehicle they claim to have requested pricing on was sold three to four months ago. We do not provide price quotes on vehicles that are no longer available. All of our current inventory and pricing are listed transparently on our website for every customer to see. If a customer seeks additional clarification or a better price, we always welcome them to visit in person. However, we do not conduct negotiations over the phone, as our prices are already among the lowest in the country. This review is not reflective of a legitimate or current customer experience and instead constitutes harassment. It violates review policies and unfairly harms our business reputation. We are submitting this request regarding a review left by user Gervasio concerning a June 2024 purchase. While we respect customer feedback, this review contains false and defamatory claims that unfairly harm our dealership’s reputation. Accident Disclosure: The reviewer alleges that Alpha MotorSports “never disclosed” prior accident history. This is factually incorrect. All our vehicles include Carfax history reports, which are provided to every customer before purchase. No information is hidden or withheld, and all vehicles are sold with full transparency. Legal Misrepresentation: The review claims we violated Virginia law regarding accident disclosures. This is false. Our dealership is in full compliance with Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board regulations. Suggesting we are breaking the law without evidence is a defamatory and damaging accusation. As-Is Agreement: The customer acknowledges signing an as-is contract, which clearly states that the buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition. This is a legally binding document and standard practice in the industry. The review attempts to use this against us in a misleading way. Defamatory Language & Threats: The review includes inflammatory statements such as “dishonest and misleading” and references to filing complaints with regulatory bodies. These are unverified threats and intended to damage our reputation, not provide constructive feedback. Given these points, we respectfully request that this review be reviewed and considered for removal, as it contains false, misleading, and defamatory statements that violate review policies.
