I would give Alpha Motorsports zero stars if I could.
I would give Alpha Motorsports zero stars if I could. For nearly a year, they repeatedly lied about helping me with a refinance, stringing me along and giving me the runaround every time I reached out. Not once did anyone call or email me back like they said they would. Their customer service is beyond terrible—every interaction was met with an unprofessional attitude, abrupt hang-ups, and complete disregard for basic courtesy. This dealership is nothing but a nightmare to deal with. If you’re thinking about buying a car from them, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle. Avoid at all costs!

I knew it was going to be a positive experience when I
I knew it was going to be a positive experience when I called to check if they still had a vehicle I saw on the website and the person that answered the phone has the same name as my mother, Melissa. Melissa has been amazing to work with from the very first phone call all the way to driving off the lot with our new vehicle. Part of our experience involved a couple long drives but we had been looking for a week before we finally found a vehicle with everything we wanted and according to Car Gurus, a "great deal" and Melissa made everything so comfortable and easy after such a long drive. She even had the car sitting right out front waiting for us to look at when we arrived just like she said she would. She was very welcoming, never tried to push us into a decision, and each time we came to visit she had things ready to go just like she said she would so we weren't waiting around for things to be done which is so nice after the drive there. If you're looking for a new vehicle you should definitely reach out to Melissa at Aloha Motorsports in Manassas. They even have a nice little lounge with comfortable chairs and free beverages.
