Excellent Customer Service from Mr. Gary Wilcox!!!! Just that my car still has the same issue that I originally took it in for. However, Gary is still working on getting it straight.

It started out as a simple inspection, putting new wiper blades on the car. Upon further inspection, the inspector found some burned-out bulbs. As they put one bulb in, another one was found dead. So instead of being an estimated 30 minute stay, it took about 2 hours to get all of the bulbs replaced for the car to pass inspection.

Took car in since air conditioning unit failed just before 50,000 miles. They replaced the unit. Excellent experience. However, the unit failed after 5 days.....on a Saturday with no service available.

No car no matter how good is worth dealing
This is hands down the worst car buying and servicing experience in the Richmond market.i ha e owned 5 Cadillac vehicles over the last twenty years and have literally never had a good experience in this dealership. I have enjoyed all of the cars, but until there is another dealer in town or I move out of the Richmond area I will never own another. It just not worth it to be treated this poorly!
