Initially my 2016 Fiat 500X told me a few days prior to coming into SD Fiat Alfa Romeo, that I needed an oil change..I looked on their website and was... pleasantly surprised to see a stellar coupon! It was expiring soon and I called Joe and Lisa at the service center promptly and made my appointment. I arrived an hour early due to work, and they were happy enough to take me in early. As well I asked if they could ask the technician to change my windshield wiper blades I had purchased at Costco and they were okay with that request. The service from start to finish I believe was about 50 minutes which seemed a little long for an oil change, however realizing I came in early it made up for the time. I paid, left happy and thanked them. It is my first time owning a fiat and I can safely say I may look into buying another.

I own many cars to include Porsche, BMW and Land Rover. When I decided to purchase my 2015 Fiat Abarth; I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about... how the Service Department was going to be like. Well, I booked my service appointment online at Fiat San Diego and when I went in I was met by Joel Golliday. Joel quickly removed any concerns I had and made me confident I had brought the car to the right place. They took amazing care of the car and made some repairs of items I wasnt even aware of that they found in their inspection. It was equal to or better than what I expect when I bring my other cars in for service. I HIGHLY recommend Joel and his team for your service work on your Fiat or Alfa.

I was looking all over Southern California for a Fiat 500C Pop and came across Fiat of San Diego. I was on their website on the chat explaining what I... was looking for and within a few minutes had an email from Virgil White who sent me some links and then followed up with a phone call. He was amazing and very knowledgeable and called me back with more information. The next day I went to the dealership and he helped me buy the car. His whole attitude was friendly, respectful and professional and I would highly recommend buying your next car there.

Bought a new Spider from Ryan Satterfield, and he was very knowledgeable, very patient and it was a zero-pressure experience. We went on relatively long... drives on several models and I was able to get a definitive feel for the differences.

I am not a big fan of feeling "held prisoner" by having to get service done thru the dealership but I have only had wonderful service from Lisa... and Colby. I will not ever go elsewhere for my Fiat 500 and Lisa is amazing-best customer service ever! Great follow up and extremely caring! Colby is the best technician and so knowledgeable! This place restored my faith in car service through a dealership!

Had an engine sensor fail; it was under manufacturer warranty, and the dealership replaced at no cost; furthermore, they provided transport to and from... my abode. Their general inspection seems more rigorous than my local shop. Joel in the service department is a friendly and genuine guy.
