I purchased a used car from them. They were nice, polite and professional until after I signed the paperwork. Then it took a week for them to do what they... said they would do in a day. Whenever I questioned what was going on they would just pass me to another person.
Upon arrival everyone was pleasant, diagnostics completed in the shop. I declined paying almost $600 for the replacement of two hoses. Paid my bill and... drove home. Only to recieve a call about 10 minutes after arriving home, stating that they had forgotten to replace my radiator cap and that I could come back and get it. Mind you I live 30 minutes from the dealership.
Worst car purchase of my life. The paperwork process has been horrible. It has almost been a year and I still don't have a proper title to car to pay... sales tax. People who are supposedly paid to take care of this are never in office and do not return phone calls. I am bitterly disappointed in this dealership. Robert Price
