Horrible Experience!

I just wanted a trade value estimate thru there online tool. In 3 days i have received 7 calls and 4 emails. Each call i have said NO, i am not going to make an appointment, they need to review there call recordings for customer quality. This has been borderline harassment. What is Ironic, there customer care Manager, reached out and asked for my phone number, really, your dealership jas already called me 7 times. Greico has lkst a potential customer and word of mouth will NOT be a benefit to them.

Time Wasters

I have been trying to purchase a vehicle for a week now over the phone and I hear nothing (they state they can do this). I reply to emails and get no response. I call and get put in a transfer loop. Not sure how in-person is but over the phone is very poor. I would not recommend trying to do it over the phone at this location to anyone.

Waste of time

Seems like they have options in vehicles. I found a car on their website it said "Call for Price". they refused to give me a price. 1 star for answering the phone. and second star for wasting time

Worse place ever !!!

My car has been at this shop since June. It’s sept 26 and my car is no where near done. They told me my car would be fixed by aug 15. I won’t get my car back till November. Smh. And the customer service sucks. They never answer the phone.

Worst costumer service

The follow-up is terrible, he didn't answer or call the customer, after 4 months the dealer is still pending with parts not ordered. The car was delivered unfinished and was extremely dirty. The car was in the outside parking lot for the entire period, all the plastic parts feel dry. A driver's seat adjustment was requested for warranty, nothing was resolved and guess what 5 months later my warranty expired. Worst dealer ever!!!! I do not recommend.
