Yesterday, I leased a 2020 Toyota RAV4 4 LE. The entire experience was a great one! Guy Albergo; the sales manager, Mansa Murray the salesman and Jessica... Gipson in the finance department were all professionals and guided me through each step of my purchase. The showroom is immaculate and all safety protocols required during the pandemic were in place. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I have been coming here for years. My salesperson, Ralston Dunn, was beyond wonderful. He was so... kind, courtesy, gentlemanly and helpful. It felt like a friend was helping me with the sale as opposed to someone i didn't know. And Jessica Gipson in Finance was equally as terrific. All around great experience!

I was looking around at couple of dealerships for the perfect car that was reliable and in my budget. At Sunrise Toyota North I found exactly what I was... looking for. With the help of an awesome salesman named Mansa I was able to get a great price from my trade in and Mansa made sure that all my needs were met with out hesistation, especially the budget I gave him. Flexible, available, friendly, and not at all pushy are all words I would use to describe Mansa and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family. Great experience overall and I will be back in the future.
I bought a new Highlander here and regret not going to another dealership. I was overcharged for something I never ordered. It wasn't on my original... sales receipt but appeared on the one they printed-I never saw it till I got home. I called the dealer 5 to 7 times and was always told the salesman and Manager were off that day. The last time I called and was told they were BOTH OFF THAT DAY, I Drove there and stopped in. THEY WERE BOTH THERE. After wasting 2 hours there the Manager agreed to refund about $1,000.00 I was overcharged and cancel a $2200.00 charge for extended insurance.. So far 5 weeks later, I have never received anything. BUT, what bothers me the most is after I bought the car, I have called the dealership and Manager, left Messages with both the receptionist and the managers personal voicemail (5-6 times) AND from the day I bought the Car, I HAVE NEVER HAD THE COURTESY OF A RETURN CALL. NOT ONE. I,m dreading if I need service on my car.
I went in for a camry and Alex Pastrana was the best salesman ive had. he was knowledgeable. Advised me on my best options even on my financing to help... save me the most money. Ask for Alex when you get yours. I love my new Camry! Thanks again!

I had serious doubts about getting rid of my FJ Cruiser and leasing another car. Angel Reyes and the team at Sunrise Toyota North treated us like family... and made my decision easy. We will be loyal to Sunrise Toyota North.. We also hope that the FJ Cruiser comes back!!!
