    Waited 2 weeks only to find out approved financing was not approved(my calls to lender). Called dealership, they stated paperwork was lost and didn't know... who purchased vehicle. Said they would get financing through different lender. After more delays, found the lender approved, but did not receive all paperwork. Called dealership about this. Received excuses, but finally submitted paperwork. Has now been over 30 days since approval and trade still has not been paid off. Nearly 60 days since this ordeal began. Was told by "Finance Director" that it takes 30 days to pay off trades. Really??? Have left multiple messages and no one from Tampa Mitsubishi will return calls. Was even told Tony Mirabella didn't have a phone or an extension! Now that's an owner who's hiding. Have 2 auto loans now with payments due on both. Now facing late car payment for trade and penalties. My trade no longer appears on website, so I guess it has been sold. Wish I had read reviews on multiple sites about Tampa Mitsubishi. Check BBB website also. I am not the only person to experience this (pay off delays, financing issues, no return emails or phone calls. This is an offshoot of Mirabella Motors and is using the Mitsubishi name to draw people in to their used car dealership. This is a typical used car dealership with used car sales tactics. After my experience, I have absolutely no confidence in this dealership. Was even told I would be given a warranty. Sure, by paying for it. No one knows what anyone else is doing. Lots of lip service. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Wish I had.

    I will look into your transaction ASAP & I will personally address any issues you may have had. I apologize your calls were not forwarded to me. I'm a...t the dealership everyday & I assure you I'm not hiding from anyone. I don't know the specifics details as to why the bank declined your initial deal however until we have a cashable contract you're responsible to make the payment on your trade. I cannot pay off a trade until we have an approved & fundable contract. If I paid off trades immediately & for some reason the bank didn't buy your contract I'd be forced to return your paid off trade. Not exactly a good business plan.. We are selling approximately 200 cars a month and yes from time to time a deal or two will get unwound. When I owned Mirabella Motors it was AAA rated with the BBB. I apologize for your inconvenience & we will resolve any issues.

    I had the pleasure or working with salesman Jaison. He did and awesom just did not pressure me or my wife once. Allowed us time to look over the car answered... all the questions that we had and ultimately sold us a really nice ride! Omar also assisted with our finances he was also great!
