Please do not go to this dealer to buy a car. I am not someone who takes the time to write reviews but I strongly feel I can help someone else by doing... it. This dealer is full of salesmen who are quick to steal from you. We found the car we wanted and when we were ready to sign, we were presented with a price that was $3,000 over MSRP which we saw online for that dealer. We immediately turned the offer away and the salesman comes back with the price I showed him online and said “We’re so sorry, you’re correct that was the wrong price.” After playing that first game we were ready to sign but noticed a hidden fee of $2,500 that was called an "LOA" fee. This is additional fee was created solely by the dealership, and is not the standard nationally after researching it, but they had the audacity to tell us it was being charged at every other dealer too. This fee appears to be a negotiating tool because we were quickly offered $500 off of that fee, as an apparent "deal" we were given. Furthermore, when I asked for my first responder's discount, the staff labeled the $500 discount from the local LOA fee as the first responder's discount. This was very misleading, because some dealers were advertising thousands in discounts for nurses like myself who are on the front lines during this Coronavirus pandemic. It is sad to experience things like this, and makes me sick that we were taken advantage of when this was supposed to be a fun experience- a wedding gift granted to me by my father - and I cannot help but feel guilty whenever I am near the car. We now sit at home, having overpaid for a car instead of paying the fair price, which I cannot ethically recommend to friends and family or even a stranger. Please save yourself some time and money and go to another dealer
The Service at Doral, Miami was excellent. The Service representative Eylem Gonzalez, is outstanding, she approach clients with a warm smile and respond... all the questions assertive and offer the clients a pleasant waiting time, such as coffee and other snacks available. The service was completed in a timely adequate, approximate the time that Ms. Gonzales discussed originally. She brought the car when the service was completed, the car was clean and the traditional ended, she expressed the to contact her any time again.
They recommend unnecessary service and threaten to not honor your warranty if you do not comply. Kia is known for engine sludge that destroys your engine... and THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR FACTORY WARRANTY!!!!
El sr Dean Rolland es el peor customer service que e podido experimentar en kia el dia de ayer. Ofrecieron un precio y en el momento de firmar los documentos... no respeto la desicion del manager leonel y el vendedor william porque no le apetecia vender el vehiculo
I saw a car online, stopped by to buy the car . While I was speaking with the sales person they bumped the price $2,000 more than the advertisement! The... manager said to me they they bumped the price of the car because of 50 people looked their add online last 24 hours but they will honor the price that I came for . When they presented the sheet with all the numbers the SURPRISE. $1250 RECONDITIONING FEE (Never heard such thing) / $999.50 Dealer fee (more than Mercedes Dealer) $399 electronic registration Fee (wow) / $250 Tag fee ( wow but I’ve a tag) - So I did asked why those exorbitant fees but the sales manager was not polite nor humble when speaking explaining to me and denied to remove those EXORBITANT fees ! The salesman was really nice and said that he was going to talk with the big boss on the next day and will contact me. On the next day salesmen asked me to return because Mr Ronald (Big Boss) will talk to me and will make sure that I’ll get the car without those fees . I returned there and the first thing that Mr Ronald said was “the price on the internet was a mistake”( who was lying then first guy who said they bumped the price because of the visitors online or Mr Ronald). Went there to loose my time only . So, if you want to pay the MOST EXPENSIVE / ABUSIVE FEES in town maybe in the country just buy a car there. What a SHAME Doral Kia !
Personnel were efficient, professional and attentive. The service was done on time. The repair was explained to me in a clear and concise manner. All in... all, I recommend Doral Kia's service department.
Ms. Maira Blanco helped me get a new vehicle for my elderly and disabled parents. My parent is in a wheelchair and she was so nice and helpful. I definitely... recommend her.
I HAVE BEEN LEASING KIA'S FOR THE LAS 9 YEARS, ON MY LAST RENEWAL I GOT A 2017 KIA OPTIMA, RETURNING MY 2015 MODEL. AFTER 6 MONTHS OF THE RENEWAL I WAS... SENT TO "COLLECTION" BY KIA FINANCE FOR LACK OF FINAL PAYMENYS AND EXCESSIVE WEAR & TEAR ON MY 2015 MODEL...RUINING MY CREDIT, AND NOBODY WANTS TO BE RESPONSIBLE...PLEASE TRY TO AVOID DEALING WITH ANY KIA DEALER OR FINANCING WITH KIA MOTOR FINANCE USA. MY WORST EXPERIENCE IN YEARS
Muy atentos y cordiales y no tienes que esperar allí por el carro. Tienen servicio de chofer que te lleva y busca a tu casa o donde decidas.
Fuí a comprar un carro a Kia en el Doral y el servicio y la atención de parte del vendedor fue excelente. En todo momento estuvo muy pendiente del proceso.... Que bueno que se encuentre uno con personas tan profesionales y atentas. Bravo Gerardo!
