Sam was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable of the BMW that I did end up purchasing. Unfortunately, a day later there was a very serious issue with the vehicle, outside of a normal component going bad. Management was responsive and respectful when I brought the issue up. They resolved my problem with no hassle. Stand up guys at this place.
