I thought that they failed to prep my vehicle properly for pickup (it had not been detailed - maybe washed). Also worked with 2 different sales people... and no one reached out (day or 2 later to see how things were going). I liked the no hassle piece but feel as if the ball was dropped on the service side.

Very good process purchased last year and remembered Manager Henry’s good service ,now current car purchase for my wife. Jose was a true professional very... courteous and gave us full attention, set our Bluetooth/phone up for us and see that we operated (we were not techies just old school) . Service with Ryan as always very good , we feel very covered from Sales to Service with CarSense .

I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from this dealership about 50 days ago and they put on a tag that by law expires in 30 days. I called numerous times and got... different people who just don't want to be bothered looking to see if indeed that they sent in the paperwork to Pennsylvania. Oh I live in Pennsylvania,. I called one guy who said I am sure that we did. He didn't even look or get a call back number to call me back if he looked. My salesperson Dean Miller Jr who was a nice guy when buying the car, I left 3 messages on his phone and he has never got returned any of them. My question to them is who is going to pay for a traffic ticket on an unregistered vehicle as the law stats that the temp registration tag is good only for 30 days. Also in Philadelphia they have live stop and I driving in an unregistered vehicle will have my car towed. Who is going to pay for the towing and the ticket and who will pay for me to take off of work and the hassle of their parking authority. Also they sold me a car with one set of keys. Again I had to take off of work and sit and wait and wait in their service department. If I knew there was only one set of keys I would have not purchased the car. So Pennsylvania residences if you are buying buy somewhere else. I bought my Honda from Hamilton Honda and didn't have one bit of these problems with my tags. I just read a post that someone else had the same problems from this dealership and they called and called and finally in like 60 some days they called and said they got it. So I am not the first. And my car salesperson Dean, please return phone calls even saying that you will look into this for me. thanks

Steve Groves was amazing and helped make my first time buying at a dealership a breeze! I went in at 9 am and by 11:45 was pulling out in a 2016 Nissan... Rogue ! Steve answered all my questions and got me exactly what I was looking for!
The sales consultant Dean Miller was rude and unprofessional. They tried to sell me a car that was leaking from the transmission and oil. The car should... have been inspected and repaired before or anyone was allowed to test drive the car.

Because of these factors we allow customers to see – and even test drive – vehicles that have not yet completed our comprehensive mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning processes. Please take comfort that visible engine and transmission leaks are addressed as part of the reconditioning process prior to completing any sales transaction. And just in case a leak were to appear after the purchase, CarSense offers some of the best warranties in the business – so you would be covered there too. I was shopping for a used vehicle for myself. My credit was challenged and I knew it wouldn’t be easy to find something dependable ,more importantly, safe.... Laurie was SO much help. She never gave up on me. Regardless how hard it was to finance me. She genuinely cares for her customers and is the definition of dedication. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.
