Horrible customer service. Once the papers are signed the service is done. I do not recommend this dealership and will never purchase from them again.... I'd rather spend more money at another place then to have to deal with their lies and promises.

Just not a good idea to purchase even a used car from this dealership. Sales person belittled customer after not completing a survey. 2 months after buying... a certificate pre-owned car it breaks down and they have to contact the maker to get the part replaced. Just an overall disappoint in a car buying experience!!

I purchased a used F250 here, while looking over the truck, I noticed it had the mechanical 4x4 lever on the floor, I asked my sales woman if the front... locked in automatically or if I would have to get out and manually change them. I told the saleswoman if it was manual i would look at a different truck. She admitted right away that she didn't know and we went inside to talk with a sales manger. After 2 sales managers and a service manager told me that they were automatic i went through with buying the truck. Fast forward to the first snowfall of the year. I engaged the switch for the 4x4 and the front wheels didn't engage. I had to get out and switch them myself. I went back down to let them know my disappointment with this. The general manager came out and talked to me. He said he would do some research and get back to me. I told them if they could make them automatic, that is what i was looking for. He emailed me back and said I could leave the wheels locked in all the time and it wouldn't hurt the truck. The only thing it would affect is my gas mileage. I sent him back an email say while that was sort of a "fix" it was not satisfactory to me. I waited to hear back and got nothing. I sent an email back and asked if he had a response, again nothing. I called an left a message and again heard nothing back. My saleswomen was very apologetic and felt bad about the situation. She was the only one that seemed to care. The general manger did nothing but what he felt got them off the hook for lying to me. I my mind if you buy something and its not what they tell you it is, they should at least attempt to make it better. There was none of this. After reading other reviews, a similar situation happen to some one else. I originally thought is was just a mistake and they just didn't know but it makes me wonder. I will never shop at this or another Shottenkirk location again or recommend them. I will take my service to another dealer closer to where I live.

Avoid after purchasing you will receive call after call. Purchased two vehicles years ago was contacted about buying them back. Explained I no longer gave... them and asked to be removed from call list. I still receive calls and emails. Stop!

recieved pre approved letter in mail to go pick out one of the "250 new or used cars". Even taking my wife which doubled my income we could not deal. Wasted... 2 days of my time with these guys.Ran my credit with numerous companies which I am sure dropped my points.3 years of never late payments with Santander did not make difference although in the letter they sent me praised my continual steady payments.Never again will I go to this place.

Called Scott (Used Car Manager) & explained to him my son suddenly died and I would really like to have his car. He said come out & he would help me. Boy... was I a fool to think, just maybe, he was sympathetic and was truly going to work with me. All he wanted was to sell another car and could care less about the situation this whole process was a joke and they did 7 inquiries on my credit report. I will never go back and have no idea what has happened to my son's car.
