recieved pre approved letter in mail to go pick out one of the "250 new or used cars". Even taking my wife which doubled my income we could not... deal. Wasted 2 days of my time with these guys.Ran my credit with numerous companies which I am sure dropped my points.3 years of never late payments with Santander did not make difference although in the letter they sent me praised my continual steady payments.Never again will I go to this place.

Called Scott (Used Car Manager) & explained to him my son suddenly died and I would really like to have his car. He said come out & he would help me. Boy... was I a fool to think, just maybe, he was sympathetic and was truly going to work with me. All he wanted was to sell another car and could care less about the situation this whole process was a joke and they did 7 inquiries on my credit report. I will never go back and have no idea what has happened to my son's car.
Got great, quick service. The representative took the time to look up my record and found a free oil change was available -- not many places would do... that.
The only thing that I would change is we were there for quite awhile, part of it was not the dealership's fault though.
Bought a new 2017 Ford Fusion from schottenkirk Ford. Immediately started having minor issues such as power windows not working right. Took 3 trips to... dealership to get this fixed. Paint started to come off front grill and lower front bumper but they refused to do anything about this only to say it would cost us over $500 to repair it. Biggest issue was the car leaks dust like a screen door. We live on gravel so we expect some dust but this car leaked so bad it would turn the black interior white. Took car to schottenkirks several times to resolve this issue but they apparently don't know what to do. Still leaks dust. We have started to look and test drive other cars and will trade when we find one we like. But not at schottenkirk Ford!
Only an oil change since they bought Noble Ford, but seemed ok - bought vehicle at this location but from prior owner- Noble Ford.

Took my car in to have it serviced yesterday 1/19/18. I have been taking it in for 3 years. Every time I had excellent customer service. By Chris and... the other man . They would always let me know what was needed .Yesterday there was a new guy that help me. It was like he rushed me in and out normally it takes most of the day. Well this guy calls me in a couple hours. When I went to get my car I asked if they rotated the tires. He said no I didn't tell him to I said that they always let me know what needs to be done. Anyway I left the car for them to rotate tires could tell the guy was mad about it. He was to call when it was ready. He didn't call I just went back and my car was ready. Asked him why he didn't call he said he didn't want to bother me. Very poor customer service.
