I was very happy with my purchase, the sales rep along with the immediate response by management when I emailed a week later with a concern. I moved to Woodhouse from another dealer I was unhappy with. They have a new customer now and hope to purchase a truck next year. Good company! Buying experience was good. Dealership clean and up to date!

Horrible Experience
I had a horrible experience!! At first it was all good but the salesman we had when I asked the price of the vehicle didn’t give us a response. Then I said is the price of the vehicle which I threw out the number to him, he said he believed so. I was willing to pay full MSRP knowing vehicles are hard to come by especially if it’s one that has everything you want in it. We get to the finance department where we were signing all the documents but then numbers didn’t add up right. Our sales person came in and said oh yeah didn’t I mention to you we are selling our vehicles with an added $2,000. No he didn’t mention it!! Not over the phone, not in person, so we walked out. He said he was going to talk to the General Manager, needless to say the salesman we had didn’t call us back nor did the GM try to contact us to make things right. But, Nissan of Omaha I had told them the story and they helped me out and even their manager apologized which wasn’t his fault but Woodhouse’s fault. I wouldn’t recommend going here because they are sneaky with their numbers.

HATS off to my wonderful sales rep Andy! I am what you’d call a “picky” buyer. He went above and beyond to get me EVERYTHING I wanted/needed in my new vehicle. From price color, to safety features! He kept me well entertained through the whole process, and although I’m tough - he kept calm, collected and professional. Thanks again Andy !

I came in just to ask a few questions because i was thinking of starting a lease for a new car! I have never done this before and Chanler was very helpful. She walked me through what all would happen and payment plans and everything. I left knowing exactly what I wanted and with a plan! I love this dealership and highly recommend it. Based on my visit I experience excellent client service.

I have been researching a nicer used car for a good year and a half. I had it narrowed down to four cars that I wanted. Tried to shop locally and nothing happened. I had a Suburban and I wanted to make reasonably sure that the snow was about over. I'm pretty much just a tire kicker. The service at Woodhouse, in my experience, was pretty much top notch. Odd location. But just being on the lot watching the planes fly overhead and land at nearby strip was worth the trip. Love the car I bought there. Young,friendly clean cut associates. Inside of the dealership is kind of vanilla, but nice coffee machine.
