We got a 2014 Buick Encore from them and right after we...

We got a 2014 Buick Encore from them and right after we made our first payment the check engine light came on they said it was a bad value and that they would give us %20 off to have it fixed . It is Obvious that they did not do an inspection on this vehicle before they sold it and you would think that since it’s a lubricated part of the motor the power train warranty would cover it they say no it dose not because we haven’t had the car for 3 months or 3,000 miles. Please do not give these people your hard earned money they are cons and sell lemons and bill xxxx warranty’s

I had a very pleasant experience with Kerry Nissan. Brent Adams took great care of me! I love my new car. And my payment works great for me they really took their time to help and didn’t give up till I was satisfied!

The service department was a joke. I went in because the compressor on my air-conditioning system was frozen up ,I told them but they insisted on doing a check anyway..I have a extended warranty they called them and started a claim they wanted to charge 1200 dollars for a job that took 2.6 hrs the insurance company only wants to pay 800 they wanted and expected me to pay the extra 400.I found a garage that did it for 770. when I went to get the okay for the 2nd garage to do the work the insurance company said that Kerry had already started a claim. they said that I needed a letter from Kerry so that they wouldn't be charged from both companies Kerry wouldn't give me a letter until I paid them 125 for looking at the car first when I told them what the problem was to begin with..they absolutely would not give me a letter stating that they didn't do the work..so I had to pay the 125 what a joke....

Dave Shaw was great to work with. I was looking to lease a Hyundai Palisade that was turning out to be a Unicorn. I ran across their website in my search on Memorial Day morning and inquired about one that was coming in. Dave got back with me quickly that morning to tell me they had two on their lot. Can't express how happy I was that one of them was exactly what I was looking for. We talked numbers over them phone and then I asked him to keep everyone away till I could get there (We are about 1/ 1/2 hr away). He even had it ready for me when we got there. He even moved my things over from my trade in before we could and spent some quality time teaching me what the bells and whistles were. Will definitely send people his way.

Brent was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. I had a rather difficult situation where most dealers would turn me away but Brent was determined to work through my obstacles and he was able to get me exactly what I was looking for! He was professional and made the experience very enjoyable. A huge thanks to Brent and the whole Kerry Nissan team that made my purchase easy and affordable!

Was my first time at a Kerry dealership. After being frustrated with other dealerships I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided by Kevin Lowe and the staff at Kerry Nissan. Will definitely return to this dealership.

If you like honesty and transparency, don’t even consider Kerry Nissan of Florence. Last Wednesday I was helping my sister buy a new car. I negotiated a deal with an internet salesman named Brent via email on a new Altima on which we both agreed. I was told of no conditions or contingencies on this deal but upon arrival was told my sister had to buy GAP insurance and a 150K mile warranty to get financing. Of course I knew this wasn’t true so I told them she has her own financing. Brent said then they won’t sell at the agreed upon price. I informed him we agreed via email on the price without any contingencies. His boss came over and said he just can’t make the deal work financially then. I asked to see how they were “losing money” on this deal they already agreed on and they refused to show me. I felt this whole experience was very unethical and dishonest and wasted my time. I drove to Colerain and bought the same car from Aaron Muth of Jeff Wyler Colerain for $700 cheaper than the deal Kerry Nissan and I had worked out that they didn’t honor. I’ll never buy a car from Kerry ever and will be sure all my friends, family, clients, acquaintances read the email thread of this whole negotiation that they refused to honor without buying GAP and an extended warranty that we never even discussed when agreeing on a price.

I would give TEN STARS for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

This was my first time at Kerry Nissan and will not be my last. Amanda, Brent, Walter, and even the "Top Dog" Manager went above and beyond for us. This dealership lives by the Golden Rule.

Poor Customer Service from Operations Manager

Left an unfavorable review (see above)(but completely warranted) regarding the service department on February 5, 2019. I scheduled an appointment for February 7, 2019 to have them looked at my AC for the FIFTH time - received a voicemail from Joel (who was very nice and helpful) February 6 on behalf of the Operations Manager indicating "I was not welcome" at Hyundia Florence. Yes, that really happened. I bet in two weeks they call me...again... to buy another car! In summary, it seems like the "Operations Manager" is just as poor as the service department. BEWARE.

Salesman was awesome, sales manager not so much

Anthony was awesome and very helpful. Would steer clear of KYle- he was very abrasive and rude and would not have bought a car if the general manager would not have apologized to us. Everyone else was very nice but Kyle needs to work on his social skills.
