Jason went out of his way to verify our issue quickly, allowing the replacement part to be ordered ASAP. The repair was completed by noon the next day, allowing us to leave on time for a planned trip. Everyone did a first class job!

As soon as we walked into the dealership, Ryan greeted us with a smile and immediately asked if there was anything he could help us with. We mentioned we were interested in the Tucson and we all jumped into one in the lot and showed us the interior and controls. When we told him we'd wanted to test drive one he was quick to get keys and to fill the car for the test drive. We loved the car and told him we needed to talk about it and would come back if we were interested. He gave us the time he would be available and didn't pressure us at all. We came back the next day and purchased a Tucson because of Ryan's great service.
