I recently had the pleasure of purchasing vehicles from Speedcraft Nissan, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the entire experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. I bought a new Pathfinder, my mother found her perfect Rogue, my cousin upgraded to a new Rogue as well, and my best friend also drove away with the PERFECT Pathfinder she’s been wanting. Each of us received personalized attention, and the team was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through every step of the process. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and we all found exactly what we were looking for. The financing options were transparent, making it easy for us to make informed decisions. Speedcraft Nissan truly stands out for their commitment to customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Tyler Ferreira was a gentleman and professional.

Tyler Ferreira was a gentleman and professional. He was straight forward, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly what I wanted. It’s difficult to find a salesman like him and I’m honestly relieved that I did. I’m in the customer service industry so believe me when I say that this was a relaxing and non stressful interaction and I feel like I purchased exactly what I wanted. The entire process was quick, easy and friendly. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend Speedcraft to any that are interested! Ask for Tyler!

After several dealerships, several sales "interactions".

After several dealerships, several sales "interactions".... This Dealership was the Easter Egg of them all. Excellent Service, Excellent transaction, Excellent Sales people. The guys work as a team, they are not cutthroat like the others!! wow can you believe that?! My car was delivered in the same day before I even paid for it! Thank you Anton & Mark for training your sales guy to be at a concierge level!

Ask about registration process

Very similar review as RXguy. Bought a 2020 Pathfinder on May 13. I live in NY,I have bought cars out of State before and never had an issue,until now!!! Never got temporary plates or registration. They called me that night and needed me to send the title from the car i traded,so in 2 days they had it. I started calling around the first of June to check on my registration. Over the next 24 days i recieved several different reasons for not having it but they assured me that i was driving leagally. I had insurance and it was inspected in NY. As long as it was in the process of being reistered,i was driving leagal.They told me on June 19 that they had the rgistration,they would mail it and email it so i would have a copy i never received mail or email that was supposedly sent 2 times.I gave them my email by text 2 times. Finally on June 30 I drove to DMV to see if i could get it registered my self,after almost 3 hours an additional fee,and alot of BS i have a registration. DMV told me i was driving illeagally the minute i drove off the lot!! Thy never got a request for a registration until June 22,and why would it go to the dealer and not me? Nobody there could answer. I called and demanded a refund (they charged 450 to register) The salesman said all the things he knew he should say,said he agreed with my outrage and he was going to talk to his GM,that was 4 days ago and several unanswered messages.There will be no response from the dealer about this review because they got their money and thats all they care about.Its to bad because the guys i was dealing with i thought were stand-up guys.

I'm annoyed I had to go to stateline nissan in East

I'm annoyed I had to go to stateline nissan in East Providence, of which I had a horrible experience. Nissan speedcraft however was professional, open, and honest. Which really is not the norm for many dealerships nowadays. Although they didn't have the exact model I wanted next time I'll wait for them, because they were very professional and honest with me. They were fair and didn't try to push and prod me for every dime I had. Definitely a dying breed in a world of sleazy dealerships. Thanks stateline you all are great keep it up

It was a bit of a struggle but we came to an agreement. I'm happy with the Rogue. The salesman was friendly and treated me as a customer, not an unintelligent woman. It was greatly appreciated.
