Craig Adams is the best representative that you can work with. Craig is highly knowledgeable about the products, even though you would imagine a car is just hop in turn the key, Craig took the time before the test drive and explained how all the features in the vehicle work and ensured that these are the features I wanted. Craig took time to understand my needs and didn't making this a challenging car buying experience and literally embodied the Nucar "Bill of rights". Over the top service, personable, relatable and makes it an enjoyable experience.

Yamin, While Colleen and I were very pleased with our conversations with you, the actions of your General Sales Manager and Finance Manager were absolutely appalling! After spending nearly four hours with you; with all the predictable back and forth with the GSM then settling on a price including monthly payment then signing the “Error and Omissions” paragraph two, in less than 5 minutes the FM informed me “due to a system problem” the payment of $265 should actually me $350. Then the blame was placed on “the rebate must have been accidentally clicked on twice”, how convenient! With all the vehicles I’ve purchased throughout my life I have NEVER seen an Error and Omissions clause until now and in less than five minutes after signing there’s a problem which I might add would benefit you an additional $5,100 of revenue. I must say I did not see nor did I expect this sly move in the 11th hour of the sale. This left a very bitter taste in my mouth and it reinforces the saying; “Stereotype’s exist for a reason” RMG

Unfortunately, during the time of your deal, our system provider was experiencing technical issues. The payment calculator was correctly showing the cash difference, but the displayed payments were inadvertently double-counting the rebate. You had agreed to the correct cash difference and trade value, but when the deal was rebuilt, the actual payment appeared higher than what was shown on the printed worksheet. We explained this situation in detail and even reduced the price by $500 below the originally agreed amount to try to make things right. We understand how frustrating this must have been and apologize for the confusion caused by the system error. If you’d like, we would be happy to honor the originally agreed-upon sale price, including your trade value, should you wish to come back in. Thank you again for your time and for considering us.

This was nothing but a positive experience. Jonathon was a great guy, very helpful. He answered all my questions without talking down to me. He went out of his way to help me. He was very accommodating. Even after the deal was done he called to follow up. He was excellent.

The salesman Craig was extremely helpful in my attempts
The salesman Craig was extremely helpful in my attempts to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue platinum. He worked with me to establish a budget that accommodated my needs to the precise amount. However, due to my recent purchase of another vehicle one month prior. This wasn’t the right time for me to trade in my car for the newer vehicle Nucar was offering me. I so appreciate the customer service sales support Craig extended to me and the expertise in knowing my dilemma and guiding me this process. When I’m ready to purchase I will consider working with him again for sure. My many thanks to him and all the other staff involved.

Thereafter works with two other locations doesn't do their homework when finding the car you want and then gets stuck on petty amounts of pricing instead of working with their customers to put them in cars. I think Nissan Corporate should be very disappointed with this whole set of NUcar dealerships!

I purchased a used Kia Niro EV from this dealership because they had the make and model I wanted with low mileage. I have never had a good experience with dealerships and was wary going in. Jon went all out to make this a positive experience. He did everything on my timeline. He drove 140 miles round trip twice (!) to have me sign papers and deliver the car. He answered all of my questions. He was honest and straightforward. He was also very kind.

Paid nearly $700 for a blown fuse, only to be towed back
Paid nearly $700 for a blown fuse, only to be towed back immediately again for same symptom. Was then diagnosed further to a faulty "aftermarket' starter causing the blown fuse. Quoted over $1,720 to replace starter, which is a 2hr job at most in the labor guide. Denied the repair and went to a local independent shop, only to find a shorted wire to the starter causing fuse to blow. Repaired for less than $200 parts and labor. This service department TRIED to lie and take advantage, and lost a customer for life after this poor experience. I 10/10 do NOT recommend your car to be serviced here.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that this situation involved a vendor vehicle, not a retail customer, and should not be considered a typical customer service experience. The vehicle—a Nissan Rogue Sport—was initially brought to us after it wouldn’t start. Prior to arriving, a store-branded aftermarket starter had been installed at a local shop, but the issue persisted. Once in our care, we diagnosed a blown fusible link, which required more than simply replacing a fuse, and completed the necessary repairs. The vehicle was then picked up and driven for several days and several hundred miles without issue. When the problem reoccurred, the vehicle was towed back to us. This time, we found that the aftermarket starter had failed. We offered to install a factory Nissan starter, but the repair was declined. The vehicle was then towed out and another store-branded starter was installed—which did resolve the issue. We take pride in our diagnostic process and the professionalism of our team, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the details of this case.
A new starter was NOT installed. Do not lie to the public. I can bring the vehicle backnin for your tech to verify the repair made. This response reaffirms that I do NOT recommend anyone to have their car diagnosed or serviced at your dealership, as you are not truthful and honest about repairs needed. You can call the repair shop also, and speak to the owner if youd like to verify the repair. Retail, or vendor vehicle, doesnt matter. A customer is a customer. Do better.

Bought a car from Craig and had a great experience. Didn’t feel rushed to buy during process at all. He was super helpful when it came to my questions during the process. Already recommended Nucar to friends who are beginning the process for the car hunt because Craig and the Nucar team going the extra mile for me.
