we had been using a ford dealership a bit farther away but larger and finally were fed up with a roadblock at every turn: difficulty with booking appts... in a timely fashion, often parts on backorder, dealership/service dropping the ball. Faith's Ford Dealership in Brattle was a delight from the get-go....first contact telephone....explanation of my perception of a problem, then getting an appointment in the same week and promises that work would be completed. It was! Everyone i met or spoke with was courteous, and knowledgeable. A special shout-out on Chris Sullivan.

My Ford Edge needed an oil change and new brake pads on the front and rear. Faith's Ford called me while the car was there to let me know it needed other... work, I said fix it . I want to commend Michael Borio in the service department for keeping me informed on what was needed and the cost. All went good and I am very happy!

F150 running well when brought in for routine service but not so well after, parts falling off bottom ending up with 3 trips back and forth. Terrible business... plan.
