Stopped in to pick up something at parts counter. Had minor issue with steering wheel adjustment mechanism. mentioned to service advisor and he immediately... took the car into the shop while I went to parts counter. 30 min later, problem resolved.
Porsche corporate does not respond to the dealership's inquiry about break issue and expects that if they do not communicate back than that is a proper... way to handle issues. The dealership apparently has no way communicate either with the corporate service division. Was without my for almost a full week and both the dealership and corporate look.Lueless in my eyes. Absolutely no idea how to be responsive to customer needs. Very disappointing. Additionally to charge 6 dollars for a loaner is insulting. Vuess it is not a loaner then. Also i was not told there would be a charge at the time of the appointment. It was made with the service manager who you would think knows the policy. Then when i get the appointment email reminder less than 24 hours before the appointmnet it actually state twice there is a fee. The exact same sentence was repeated. Excellent quality control in their messaging. I am hard pressed to get my car serviced there in the future. Btw they sent me a text that said i gave them permission to ask for feedback which I did not give but I am glad they did so I can tell others about my terrible experience.
This is my second yearly service for my 911 turbo s. These guys are great. I love the fact that I can have a coffee and a snack while I watch them attend... to my car.
They had great ways of interacting with me to set up the service for my “new” used Porsche. I used a web form but had to give the service... rep my details again. That’s the worst thing I can say, otherwise they were wonderful. The service people were helpful, parts great and cashier was nice too. Overall I am very happy with my experience there.
I dealt with Kelly in the service department. She was very accommodating for all my requests. All my requests were fulfilled with good attitude. I will... return for my next service.
Mike Lookner, Matt Pinto and Chad Tinti are the best. I just purchased a 2018 Macan Turbo. The lease on my 2016 Cayenne TurboS s expiring next week and... the new Cayenne which is what I really want won’t be out until next year so my very expert sales advisors. Mike and Matt spent as much time as was needed to come up with the perfect solution which more than satisfied me. They went over and above what anyone should expect to make a sale but their patience, understanding and expertise resolved what could have been a very sticky problem. I hope to take possession of my new vehicle this week. I must also give Chad a shoutout for the marvelous help he gave me recently with a service issue I had. These Porsche Westwood staff members cannot be praised enough in my opinion. I have been a happy and loyal customer for over 15 years and it’s due to their continuous kindness and help that I keep coming back to this dealership. Thank you gentlemen
Chad is a fabulous professional in service. My Macan GTS service was handled smoothly and expediently. He is probably the most personable and helpful person... that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. In an otherwise usually time consuming venture, my vehicle was serviced efficiently and returned to me washed. I will not service anywhere else!

I had a wonderful experience With the service department. They picked up my car and loaned me a New Porsche Macon. The service advisor Chad keep me in... the loop regarding the status of my car. I ended up using the loaner for a week due to bad road conditions as we had had a Nor’easter. My car was then returned to me clean of any snow. I live 40 minutes to the dealership and they picked up my car offered me a loaner and delivered my car free of charge.
