Very excited to say way to go O'Brien Nissan of

Very excited to say way to go O'Brien Nissan of Bloomington. I totaled my Nissan Rouge Sport last November. My husband's 2020 Pathfinder was in the service department for over a month they gave us a rental, and I was very happy. I thought maybe there's a way for us to get 2 vehicles I agreed to look at the vehicles but only wanted to make one visit to the dealership because I work from home. So, my husband went to the dealership too start the process He filled out a credit app over the phone. It took around 15 minutes. Mike comes back and says I got the numbers on the 2024 Pathfinder all I heard was no money down I thought truly blessed. Chase was very professional and says glad to help you guys are like family. He gives the keys to my husband after he gets insurance information. I was very impressed with all the safety features of the 2024 Pathfinder. I was on the phone when we purchased the Pathfinder. I thought this was so convenient and hassle free what an awesome car buying experience. We got to the dealership Wednesday at 5:30pm they close at 6pm. I'm thinking we only got 30 minutes to get all the paperwork done. Sean professionally introduced himself as the Finance manager, and said I'll be taking care of your financial paperwork. Right this way. I felt very important like the red carpet was just rolled out. Once the numbers worked out. We let Chase know that we needed both vehicles by Friday, but the Murano needed to go through detailing and needed an oil change. We drove off in the 2024 Pathfinder by 6:15pm. Special thanks to the service department and Patrick I was able to make it to my Friday morning meeting in style. My family is grateful. Special thanks to O'Brien Nissan of Bloomington. Keep up the good work see y'all in 3,000miles for the first oil change. Have a good weekend, Stacy

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Chase was very helpful, responsive and professional from initial contact through delivery of my 25 Rogue. He made the process very easy and smooth. Sara (via online chat) and Steve were also great to work with. I’ll definitely recommend Chase and O’Brien Nissan to family and friends.
