Worthington Air Automotive

About a month ago I purchased a car from Worthington Air and Automotive. It was about $2,000 less than what a near by dealership wanted for a similar car. The place is a bit rough around the edges and you're not going to get the same kind of customer service you do at a large dealership. For instance, you'll need to take a trip to the RMV to register the car and get plates. If you're willing to do a bit of extra leg work the honest, friendly employees and great prices make it well worth it. I love the laid back attitude, and so far I love the car!

I recently purchased a used truck from Worthington Air Auto. I worked primarily with Tom Jr. but exchanged a few phone calls with Tom Sr. also. Both of them were very pleasant to work with and I would say was easily the most relaxed car buying experience I've ever had. The vehicle I was interested in came up in an online car search and, it was because of their positive reviews, I made the decision to drive over 2 hours to come see the truck. I would happily buy another vehicle from them.

This is a great father and son (and two dog) dealership. Tom and Tommy were responsive and found me the van I was looking for at the right price. They even had it detailed for me.

Each time I went they treated me with courtesy and professionalism. I could tell that they didn't just care about making a sale, they desired to make a customer happy. After purchasing the vehicles, I received a call from Tom to ensure that the vehicles that I purchased were up to my standards and of the quality that they promised. I have purchased commercial work vehicles that still are in my fleet today, as well as had them search for my daily driver that I gave meticulous instructions for (which they met and exceeded). I recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a vehicle and will only shop with them in the future.

Worthington had a RV for sale, We were a little hesitant at first to make two hour and 15 minute drive. So glad we made the trip there it was everything Tom said it was ! Very polite Tom and his son Tom. He had is financed that same day!! Thanks again!

I am from out of state, but saw there selection of vehicles as I drove by a few times. I stopped in and was greeted by friendly dogs and Tom Jr. Tom treated me with respect and made the task of buying a pre-owned vehicle out of state easy. I bought my 2011 Subaru Impresza from Tommy after moving from Arizona. After going through the corporate feel of big-name car dealership, it was so refreshing to work with honest, hardworking, and straightforward real people. Tom Jr and Sr. were great to work with. I now take my car to their shop due to their trustworthy nature and professional work.

We located a motorhome we were interested in for sale at Worthington. However, we live in Ohio! The deal was completed with very little effort - communication was awesome! In the end, the vehicle was even delivered to us as well! We highly recommend this business and the staff! Buy with confidence!

Some cars have minor scratches but the savings on the vehicles is tremendous. I got a 2016 Hyundai Sonata for $12,000 which is about $3,000 below market value, all because of a minor dent. Would recomend to anyone already have my mother ready to buy a vehicle from here.
