It was Monday temp was in the teens and my heater went out .I called Columbia Ford and spoke to Bobby in service and he said bring it in. With no appointment... they repaired my truck. The staff was friendly and very helpful and keeped me posted on the progress. I would like to thank everyone for their help and kindness.

They went above the norm for getting us a car that fit our needs
I bought a used 2018 Focus recently. They need to inspect vehicles better and be more honest about condition. Tires were bald, tail light broken, and... the vehicle was modified. The only damage I was told about during my numerous calls and emails they said they had fixed in the body shop. The paint literally came off in the car wash a few days later. The service manager stated "well its a used car and we don't check everything." The GM claimed that the service dept inspects all vehicles. Obviously they didn't look at the tires, tail light, or wiper fluid level (warning light on dash). I bought the car regardless of the fact that it needed new tires, a tail light, and we could tell that the bumper repair was done poorly. They knocked $400 off the asking price due to those issues. I asked the GM to have the bald front tires put in the back and he said "your going to have to pay for that". I should have walked out there and then but the car was unique and i drove 6 hours to get it. I wasn't aware of the modification until I got home and found the box for the part and found out that it was in fact installed. In fairness to the dealer it would have been easy to overlook. The modification done doesn't really affect the car from a safety or a performance standpoint but the service manager confirmed that Ford could deny claims on the factory warranty that remains. I know that a problem is unlikely to occur but having the warranty factors into the value of the car and would have been nice to know about before hand. I wasn't happy with the experience or the difference in vehicle condition but I had no intentions of saying anything to them or on here until I found out about the warranty and their response to it. So maybe this will help someone else with their purchasing decision when deciding to buy used from this dealer.

I bought a used Fusion Titanium. I absolutely love the car! Terry was wonderful to work with. He stayed after hours to help me. My only complaint is the... car could have been cleaner before I drove it off the lot.
